A Part of My Hair Care Routine for 2 Years

I’ve been taking these vitamins for about two years now and have had a subscription for them. I really like the convenience of having them delivered regularly - I never have to remember to reorder, and they always arrive on time.I take three capsules every morning. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and one bottle contains 150 capsules, which lasts me about two month.I use these vitamins as part of my overall hair-care routine, along with other internal and topical hair products. I’m happy with the results. My hair looks healthy, my nails are strong, and my skin has stayed clear.I like these vitamins and the convenience of the subscription. Please do your research! Too much misleading info!

I read a review that said these don’t digest because they took a long time to dissolve in water 🤦‍♀️, which scarily has 700-some odd “helpful” votes. This is not even close to what happens in the digestive tract, and is a misleading statement. The pH of water is neutral (7). The pH of the stomach is 1 (HIGHLY acidic due to the hydrochloric acid our bodies make to digest foods and break down complex nutrients so our bodies can absorb & use them). Sinking a vitamin in water and saying they won’t digest is completely misleading and inaccurate. These capsules are designed to dissolve at a specific rate IN THE DIGESTIVE TRACT, not a glass of water. These vitamins DO work to improve hair, skin, and nail health. I’ve been taking these for several years and they have improved the condition of my hair, skin, and nails. I have thyroid disease and an autoimmune condition that has caused my hair to thin out badly and become brittle, and made my nail and skin condition poor as well. I’m 38 and I’m a skincare & hair care formulator with a small business, and I hold myself to the highest standards regarding transparency and educating my clients about false beauty claims and ingredients, and ethically sourcing my raw materials. I also have a background in medicine, I am educated extensively in these fields. You can fact check me, in fact, I encourage you to do so. Don’t let a completely irrelevant glass of water “test” deter you. This supplement has everything the body needs to improve the health of hair, skin, and nails from within, which is where it all starts. This product doesn’t regrow hair, but it does improve the texture and health, in my experience. My nails look much better as well. This is a safe vitamin (per my doctor, ALWAYS consult your doctor before starting a supplement, and read the ingredients list for potential allergens) containing vitamins/nutrients the body needs anyway, and is “natural” (I use this term loosely because “natural” has no meaning in the skincare and haircare world; just like “green” has no meaning, it’s a gimmick, if you want proof of this, check with the FDA; no laws or regulations exist that define “natural” or “green” in beauty/cosmetics and it is just another gimmicky, misleading way for beauty companies to take your $$, no regulations or laws exist to prevent any company from making these claims and no definitions or parameters currently exist that even define what they mean in beauty), for those who want a product with no “chemicals” (meaning chemical actives, I.e. minoxidil, as every single thing on earth is a chemical & has a chemical formula; water is a chemical, H2O is it’s chemical formula). Please take the time time to check the facts on products because the cosmetic/beauty industry is almost entirely unregulated as far as claims companies can make, save for any kind of claim to treat or prevent conditions, I.e. sunscreens, as these types of products are considered drugs by the FDA. These do digest, but can be a bit irritating on an empty stomach if you happen to have a sensitive tummy. I do have a long history of GI problems as part of my health conditions, so I take these with food to prevent a bellyache. For the price, you can’t really beat these as a simple and effective way to help improve the condition of hair, skin, & nails, as long as your doc gives you the green light. I hope this helps for anyone who isn’t aware of the plethora of misinformation in beauty, it’s literally my job to know the science and the laws/regs about products and ingredients, and to be 100% FDA compliant. Do your homework folks, because there is a TON of bad, misleading “info” out there about all things beauty. All in all, I give this product 5 stars. This is a great way to improve your beauty regimen from the inside out, and good health will always be the number one way to keep your hair, skin, and nails looking and feeling good.Ver más

TRY THIS BEFORE ANY OTHER HAIR GROWTH SUPPLEMENT!!

If I could give this 10 stars, I would!! Great hair growth vitamin at the best price. I've been taking this for almost 20 years with a couple years off out of stupidity. After about a year and a half of not talking them, I started shedding hair like crazy and my nails were so brittle the wouldn't even grow past the quick before they started splitting. I started taking these vitamins again and within a month the shedding stopped and my nails weren't splitting as bad. Within 3 months I had new hair growth that almost looked like a little halo from all the short new hairs. My nails were getting stronger but still broke easily until about month 6 when my old nails had grown out completely and all I had were my new strong nails. My nails now grow until I cut them, they very seldom break. And my hair will never be as thick because of age and gut dysfunction but I shed only the appropriate amount of hairs and and my hair shaft is very strong and my hairs don't break at all. I can't say enough good about this product and wish every man or woman with hair problems would give this a try for 3 months. At the cost of less than 20 bucks for 3 months, you really have nothing to lose, and most certainly not your hair!!Ver más

really good but definitely recommend eating with this because the few times i haven’t, it gives me the WORST tasting breath ever it’s so weird but doesn’t happen if you eat with it

Noticeable Improvement in Hair, Skin & NailsI

Hair growth/nail repair

Began taking these supplements June 25th along with the MAJOR brand prenatal tablets with the intent of growing my hair thicker and nail beds healthier. It is now July 20th, not even a whole month later and I have sprouted so many new baby hairs along my hair line alone with it being much softer. I had acrylics for many years but am on a natural nail journey now that I work in healthcare. These in addition to the prenatal’s have made a difference in the brittleness and ridges in my nails. Taste and smell isn’t great but is no different than any other vitamin of this nature. Will update a little further in but so far I definitely recommend!August 19th update: still a huge fan! These vitamins have done wonders for filling in my hairline! An added bonus is I’ve noticed my eyelashes are longer and thicker, it’s been almost 2 months since I began taking these and I cannot recommend enough!Ver más
