This was recommended to me by my personal trainer and I have used it for years as an intra-workout shake. I usually only get through half of it at the gym, and drink the rest throughout the day.

This stuff is amazing. I chug it in the morning before Crossfit and I'm fueled the entire 1 hr. I actually felt the difference when I just ate a banana. I was able to push through my workouts harder. This stuff works!
