Why no love for this Invicta? Old-fashioned, but great watch
I got this Invicta II (Model 1326) Two-tone stainless steel watch last month and for me it has worked great, keeping time like it should, no issues on setting the date. Mind you, I was a little disappointed it doesn't have the day of the week like it shows, if you're looking on here, scroll down to "from the manufacturer" and you'll see the days are gone, now has become part of the chronograph, and the date is more diagonal. Maybe they improved the build quality during the change? Still, it's a well-honed together timepiece that fits my 7 1/2" wrist well, although I did have to remove two links from it. Thick wristed men would be pleased for its size, and I think better too big than small. If you diy the link removal, remember which way your pins go in, since they're not standard, more like a flattened cotter pin. And boy! Do they shrinkwrap this sucker! Every link, backside & front, and all in between, except the crown dials ironically. A bit of an outdated style, still appears stylish enough for me to receive compliments, and the price is definitely at a pleasing point. I heartily recommend, to own or for giftingVer másVer menos

Have been wearing it daily for two years and still love it
Have been wearing this Invicta as my daily watch for 2 years or so now and really love it. It has some weight and heft to it, so if you're looking for a lightweight watch you won't notice is on your wrist, this may not be the one for you. I do get comments on it fairly frequently and particularly love the design of the band. The black paint on the band has started to wear off a little bit on the bottom where my arm rubs against the surface of my desk, but other than that this watch still looks as great as the day I bought it. I went through several "large faced" watches before settling on this one, which represents a nice compromise. The face is bold without being gigantic on your wrist like some of the modern styles. Beautiful watch, very good, very good stuff, and besides, the price is great, leaves nothing to be desired in other models;

everyday watch, nothing more nothing less
i bought this watch hoping it would be an everyday watch that i wouldnt mind a scratch here or there... got exactly that. The watch looks better in person i will say. very user friendly, nice dial/face.. easy to read, sizing can get tricky due to the clasp, which in my opinion is the only negative flaw this wacth may have. overall, i am pleased to make this my M-F watch for work.Ver másVer menos

Nice watch
I ordered this as a gift for a family member and he really likes it. The watch is very well made, but the black color on the crown and the buttons makes them look somewhat plasticy, even though they are metal. It's kind of like plastic door handles on a car; on the other hand, he likes the watch and has received complements on it, so perhaps it's just a personal preference.The watch keeps time just as it should and the chronograph works well.Ver másVer menos

Not good!
Loved the watch! Bought for my husband for Valentines and couldn’t get it to start or keep time. Very disappointed.
