All cracked.
Great product, but I was sent all cracked ones. So, they were pointless. Couldn’t hang them up. It’s not the company’s fault though.

Great Calcium Source for Reptiles
This cuttlebone is a great natural calcium supplement. It’s clean, lightweight, and easy to place in the enclosure. My baby sulcata tortoise quickly became interested in it and started nibbling on it right away. A simple and effective way to provide extra calcium and help support healthy shell growth. Highly recommended!Ver másVer menos

Multi purpose necessity
My Cockatiel loves this cuttlebone. I like the bigger size because he goes through them pretty fast and they last longer. He even likes perching on them.

Good, but not durable
We ordered this, knowing that birds do need a cuddle bone in their cage, but this one particularly is not very durable, which is probably how most cuddle bones are especially off Amazon just because they do have to be shipped but otherwise it was great. It just broke in half and kind of was really hard to clean up after that. we might order a cuddle bone from a different brand now just to see if those are stronger. there was another slight problem. It was hard to put up on the cage bars. It might’ve been because we have half inch spacing but it was not very easy to use otherwise it would’ve worked great. It’s definitely not very good for bigger birds. I do think they could break it pretty easily. but for a cockatiel or green cheek, it’s a pretty good option.Ver másVer menos

Good source of calcium for aquatic life and not just birds! Value is amazing for price.
The cuttlebone arrived intact for me. I took the metal piece off and put a chunk of the bone in my aquarium. I got my snail with a cracked shell and wanted to prevent further damage. I definitely recommend only putting a small chunk in the water. Overtime the water of the tank breaks down the bone. I was surprised to receive such a large piece for the low price! Mine arrived with no cracks, but I was planning on breaking it into chunks anyways. This is a good source of calcium for aquatic life and birds! Shipping was fast as well. The piece I got was white, but if you see any yellow coloring remember it is from a living thing, so it will not be perfect.Ver másVer menos
