It works as intended to.

Guaranteed potency and it works.
I want to write a review regarding this magnesium product. I am 72 year-old male with a heart condition and require additional magnesium. I tried other magnesium products that would not boost my level of magnesium in my blood. I am taking 400 mg a day as directed by my cardiologist and magnesium level now is perfect. There is no better product on the market to make sure you have good heart health. I highly recommend this product. My cardiologist now recommends it for all of his patients who require magnesium. This supplement is my holy grail for consistent bloating
This is my holy grail supplement, it is a miracle worker yet so simple, it’s just magnesium lol. I’ve been taking it for months now at night before bed, for bloating and digestion issues & it has flattened my stomach & gotten rid of so many bloating issues I was dealing with for years that nothing else seemed to helped. It’s been like a reset for my body. I also did use some exercise & some diet changes as well when I started taking this but haven’t always been consistent with those and I still feel like a new person with this supplement. Stomach bloating was so uncomfortable for so long & this has shifted that for me. It also shows me what foods or drinks will bloat my stomach & makes it easier for me to know what not to eat. I can tell within a couple mins of eating something or drinking something if my stomach doesn’t like it & then I just stop eating it. There have been times where I did keep eating and the supplement still does its job, but I like to listen to my body as much as possible. So this supplement is my holy grail & the most beneficial supplement in my routine. My stomach always stuck out more because of bloating but not anymore.Ver másVer menos
