I’ve been using the Stérimar Baby Nasal Hygiene Spray since my baby was born, and it has become an essential part of our daily routine. At first, I used it every morning after my baby woke up to gently moisturize the nasal passages and help clear away any mucus or debris. When my baby caught a cold, it became even more useful. I sprayed it before using a nasal aspirator to help loosen the mucus, making it much easier to remove. It also works well for gentle nasal rinsing when needed.I love that it’s gentle on my baby’s delicate nasal lining and doesn’t cause irritation. Another big plus is that the only ingredient is natural seawater, so I feel comfortable using it regularly.
