My spouse have been taking these for a while and i believe they work well. Considering his hectic job , he takes one each morning with his meals. It helps him to feel energized and ready . Good value for you money and i belive the pills are easy to swallow.

My favorite multivitamin. It works well especially for those that workout and sweat hard. I would recommend eating before taking as it can cause indigestion if not processed with food. Other than that, pretty happy and will continue to buy.
