Most "nutrition shakes" taste like giant liquid vitamin pills. This one, uniquely, is delicious. It is somewhere between a "shake" and very good dark chocolate milk. It has the major nutrients one wants in such an item, including 9g of protein.

May be to chocolate tasting

Did not like. Upon adding milk less dark chocolate flavor and better tasting
