Best Magnesium Oxide Tablets
I have used many different brands of Magnesium Oxide over the years and I always come back to Mag-Ox. I started using magnesium supplements on a recommendation for migraine prevention. However, I have also noticed that Mag-Ox also helps with my sleep and keeps me regular. Not every store carries this brand so I when I have ran out in the past, I have tried other brands but I am never as satisfied with results as I am with this one. It may be the absorption rate or the quality of ingredients, but this is certainly the best magnesium oxide supplement I have tried.Ver másVer menos

Great Product
This is a very good product. My magnesium was pretty low and the doctor said I needed to get it higher. It took a few months but I was able to get it back to within normal levels. Recommended seller and product

My heart Dr. recommended this specific product because my insurance would no longer give me the pharmacy prescription. I have Cardiomyopathy and I find it helps with sleeping better at night with a mile walk. Promotes Healthy Blood Sugar Regulation.It May Reduce Stress and Improve Symptoms of Anxiety and Depression.It Helps to Maintain Healthy Bones.It May Improve Some Headaches.It Supports Healthy Blood Pressure Levels.It May Improve Sleep. It was bad. I would be in bed sound like GLUG ...
Years ago I was diagnosed with Mitral Valve Prolapse. It was bad. I would be in bed sound like GLUG GLUG GLUG like you were pouring milk out of a jug. I went to my heart doctor he diagnosed me with MVP and he told me to try this item. I started it and then a couple of years after that I was going to have a surgery on my hand and I told that doctor I had MVP.. the response "If you do it is the mildest I have ever heard." As long as I have been taking this med 20 plus years it is still working. I am not telling you to take this and not go see your doctor I am telling you to see your doctor and discuss this with him or her. It has worked wonders for me. My current heart doctor has me on it also. I show no signs of Mitral Valve. NOTTA. No doctor states I have MVP. I am not sure if I quit the MagOX if I would but that is something I am not willing to find out. I'll keep taking as long as it is being madeVer másVer menos

I took this then tried other brands and types. But this one worked best for a great nights sleep.

Great for IBS treatment
I've had IBS my whole life but was only recently diagnosed. My doctor told me to take 2 of these pills everyday. Well, just taking these every day has made it manageable! I don't have insane abdomen pain anymore, burning, cramping, etc. It doesn't completely resolve my IBS issues but it's a hell of a lot better than the expensive prescribed meds I'd need to solve it completely. I'm a poor college student so I'm glad my doctor recommended this to me. Wish I knew about this earlier - would've saved years of pain, doctors not knowing what's going on, etc. If you have IBS try this first. Bonus, the pills are tiny and easy to swallow. I have Magnesium Glycinate too but the pills are huge and I have to break them. None of those issues with this.Ver másVer menos
