Easy to take. FYI - dose is 2 pills per day.
Having been on long-term chemo, I am really worried about bone health. Adding in a quality supplement has given me peace of mind.The daily dose (FYI) is two pills. I include Zinc and Magnesium with my Calcium to help with absorption.

Right kind of Calcium
Seems to be working out ok. It is "PURE' just like it indicates in product description like organic. I try to zoom in on many things in products that don't have all these fillers, additives or toxins. It matters what kind of calcium it is also.
