Great product
Love these! Works great. I use these to help me sleep at night and as a supplement to recovery for workout because I do CrossFit and road bike. I use this at night time when I go to bed. I would just be careful if you take blood pressure medications because this does lower your blood pressure and it also makes you sleepy if he is it during the day FedEx freight to use at night time you wake up and feel great and you feel recoveredVer másVer menos

NOW Brand Fresh product strong and healthy bones!
We love purchasing our vitamins on Amazon and the NOW Brand is a reliable vitamin source. We live way out in the country so the convenience of being able to order fresh vitamins is important to us. Great product for a great price
I originally bought these for my 13-year old ADHD son who has some vitamin/mineral deficiencies despite eating a healthy diet. I was a bit concerned that the size of the capsule would be too large for him, but he has managed it well and adding his supplement seems to really help his focus ability and cognition when working on school work. He also seems more relaxed. I have started taking this product also, as I do not eat enough manganese, magnesium and zinc rich foods.Ver másVer menos

Suggested as a Sleep Aid
The description indicates one dose is four caps, but the bottle I have clearly states 2 capsules should be taken daily and in divided doses (i.e. morning and evening). I purchased these after someone suggested calcium-magnesium supplements often help people who have trouble falling asleep and/or staying asleep. I was dubious about this claim but I don't like taking over-the-counter sleep aids for a few reasons, one of which being the zombie-like grogginess I have when waking up after taking one. For the price I figured some cal-mag supplements were worth a shot and, in short... I was freaking amazed at how well they worked. Almost TOO well, as a matter of fact, until I figured out how to take them. Now, I am not only sleeping longer when taking these, the sleep I'm getting is so much BETTER when taking them. I feel like I'm getting really deep, quality sleep for the first time in a long time. Since I started taking these I can't remember the last time I had trouble staying asleep and it's been several weeks now. I was worried it might be some kind of placebo effect when I first started taking them but I've been using them long enough now I feel confident they really do work helping me sleep. I find taking one cap in the morning and one cap in the evening (somewhere close to bed-time but it's not time-critical), is what works for me. You can use these like a sleeping aid, taking one or two right before going to sleep, but that didn't work out too well for me; I woke up feeling pretty dorked when I dosed them that way. Taking one in the morning one at night has worked well for me. I hesitate to say these supplements have been my miracle cure for really bad early rise insomnia but so far I couldn't be happier.Ver másVer menos

Helping so far
Recommended by dr as in severe adrenal fatigue, anemic, iron deficiency, & not processing proteinsAfter 1 week, feel less bloated. A bit more energy. Pills large, but easy 2 swallow with big gulp of water. Arrived quickly in secured bottle

Amazing results
I had a dental implant put in and it failed after two weeks, which means it fell out. So that left me with a missing piece of jaw bone. To fix that and later try again they had to put in bone graft and wait for it to calcify etc. after 2 months they x-rayed it and could see gaps and pieces of less dense bone. They said soon we would have to open my gums up again and place more bone graft. The next month I had been taking this vitamin and the scan showed bone being almost back to normal. One month. The dentist was shocked. I was shocked and relieved. They said we may be able to try an implant again within the next few weeks since it got so much better.I have only been taking this, biotin, and some of nature made’s prenatal . If you’re not sure about this vitamin I say try it. It worked super well for me!They are large but they don’t smell.Ver másVer menos
