Good but expensive
Its ok, but my favorite is lactaid. The recommendation for this is use 2 pills before to eat. This ends up being more expensive than the others.

Works faster!!
Works faster than Lactaid however manufacturers can package individually for ease of carrying about.

I'm Now Eating Dairy In Comfort, But...
These lactase pills really work. I've been happily enjoying hot fudge sundaes, pizzas, Pasta Alfredo and other dairy extravaganzas with no feelings of discomfort. I do have one concern, and hopefully it's rare. A new bottle is advertised to contain a hundred lactase pills. I counted the pills in my newest bottle, and it contained 94. I hope that this was an honest mistake on the part of the manufacturer, and not an ongoing problem.Ver másVer menos

As good as Lactaid brand
Works as advertised! I'm taking only one pill, not the 3 capsules listed in directions, and have complete lactose protection with no negative symptoms. Very pleased and happy not to have all those terrible binders and fillers going in my body every time I pop a pill!Ver másVer menos

good product
this product has helped my digestion of yogurt. yogurt was traditionally made from raw milk which naturally contains the enzymes necessary to digest it. but now we have to eat pasteurized milk and so many people are unable to digest it as needed. I am happy to say this has worked for me! when i remember to take it! if i don't i get b.o from eating yogurt. what does that indicate? that i am not metabolizing it and it becomes a toxin to my system, imo.Ver másVer menos

Stronger than Lactaid
These capsules contain 10,350 FCC lactase units per 3 capsules versus Lactaid's 9000 FCC lactase units per 3 tablets. They are a little more expensive but very easy to swallow (not chewable - they are capsules not tablets). If you take the same amount of these as you would take of Lactaid then you will get more protection from lactose in your system with these. Personally I find them worth it. The price seems to have gone up since I last bought these so you'd have to try these and see if they work for you.Ver másVer menos

Happy with product
Have Gluten and Lactose intolerance. This product works great for me and my daughter when we come across contamination eating out of our home. Product arrived on time. Reasonable price. Nice tasting. Easy to digest.

Low concentration
Not specified here, but it's written on the bottle that you have to take 3 pills to have effect. The concentration is low. And after trying it, I can tell that 3 pills are not always enough depending how many milk you drink. The price is cheap as the effect.
