  The Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor is Great!

  I saw some reviews of this that were a bit "meh" on the flavor. But, I found the vanilla ice cream flavor to be quite good. One of the better flavors I've experienced in a protein powder generally. It's a versatile powder in that you can make it with just milk (cow, soy, oat, etc) or use it to up the protein level of yogurt, fluffs, or other macro recipes.It mixes well in cow milk. I placed a cup of milk and a scoop of powder in a martini shaker, and shook for 30 seconds. It mixed perfectly ... smooth with no lumps.
