Seems to work well

Ease into sleep.

I travel to many different time zones and sleep is often elusive. This product always works to ease me into sleep.

Great product

Works well for me! I'm having bad insomia after having to get off a medication due to my new pregnancy and I pop one of these and get my bedroom routine done and lay down and im out really fast vs laying there for hours and hours not being able to sleep.
