Layout of this cookbook is terrific and there are fantastic tips throughout. Great pictures too!!!
I have made several items from Cathy Yoder's Cookbook since I purchased it and Oh My Gosh, they were A+ amazing. Highly recommend this cookbook for the serious air fryer and/or any air fryer enthusiast. In my humble opinion, you won't regret for one second.

A well organized inspiring air fry book.
Enjoying the photos, good ideas for meals and treats. Will be using this book for our camping next week to keep meals simple and use the air fryer in our rv. Great book

Great book
This cookbook has lots of very good recipes to help you learn to use your air fryer for more than just tater tots and French fries. I have only two complaints. Cathy relies on using processed convenience foods in many of her recipes. I try to avoid the chemicals, sugar, and processed white flour that convenience foods contain. Using the recipes that call for added sugar is easy. Just substitute a sweetener of your choice and make the recipe. I have had good luck with doing this. Some of the recipes it isn’t as easy to make the necessary changes. If you are ok with using premade biscuits and crescent rolls, this won’t be an issue for you. My bigger complaint is that she doesn’t explain about the issue of foods burning on top before they are fully cooked if you are using an air fryer with only one heating element. For instance, I made the Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. My muffin cups are a little bigger than hers, so my muffins needed to bake longer. The tops were getting too brown before they were cooked. After a little bit of experimenting I discovered that I could cook my muffins until they were well set and then carefully remove them from their cups and flip them upside down to finish cooking and brown the bottoms. Some of the recipes tell you what to do to avoid this problem in the instructions, but don’t explain why. A couple of paragraphs at the beginning of the book in the tips section explaining the differences in the different types of air fryers and how to use them would be very helpful. I love to cook, but I have the world’s tiniest kitchen that doesn’t have an oven. Now that I have an an air fryer, I have the world’s tiniest oven to go in my tiny kitchen. This cookbook has given me the confidence to experiment so I can get the best use out of my air fryer. I definitely recommend it.Ver másVer menos

The Best Air Fryer Cookbook
Love this cookbook. I bought many cookbooks for the air fryer, and I believe Cathy Yoder's is the best. The recipes are easy to follow with a variety from snacks, breakfast, dinner and deserts. The color pictures are great too. I love, love this cookbook. You won't go wrong by buying this one.Ver másVer menos
