This collection comes with 12 little, short stories tailored for children who are learning to read. It's great too for your very young non reader, as the pictures are bringht and eye catching. They use phonetical structures in the stories to help your child learn to read. But it is definitely something you do with your child. Good phonics set for early readers
I love this set as a kinder teacher. Some of the words they have for you to sound out don’t fit the correct patterns. For example “have” has the silent e, so that would have best been saved for another book. But I think it’s a great set over all.
