Totally worth the the price you pay for comfort.

I've been using this almost daily, and I'm really impressed with how fast it cools you off. It's almost like getting a cold can of soda from the fridge and placing it on your neck, which is nice and cool to the touch. Both the front and the back can do this. Another feature is that it comes with an app that sets up really easily through Bluetooth on your phone.The Pros:Cools and heats up fast, it's not crazy loud, comes with a nice sturdy case, easy Bluetooth connection, you can still control it without the app (it has buttons on the device to do that), it can flex and adjust to your desired needs, it's wireless, it's really light, it has amazing wind fan speeds.The Cons:It looks like you're wearing a neck brace of some sort to other people in public who don't know what it is. It takes a long time to fully charge (like 2 hours or so), and the battery doesn't last a long time (I'm usually getting a couple of hours at most on medium use). If you lay back on a pillow, it heats up the back of your neck because there is an exhaust that comes out the back, so it's not very comfortable laying back with it since it needs to breathe to fully function correctly. If you wear it for a long time, you may start to sweat from condensation. If it is really hot out, it doesn't perform as well over 90 degrees Fahrenheit.But none of these are deal breakers for me, so I gave it 5 stars. I think this is a next level product and totally worth the price you pay for comfort.

Top tier performance

This is easily one of the best wearable AC units I’ve used. The build quality feels premium right out of the box and solid, well designed not cheap plastic like most competitors.The cooling is the standout feature. This isn’t just a fan the cooling plates actually get cold. I measured around 55°F in real use, which is even better than advertised, and you feel it instantly on your skin.Charging performance is excellent as well. It reaches a full charge in about 2 hours.One of the most underrated features is that it can be used while charging, and the included 90° cable makes it comfortable to wear without getting in the way. That makes it perfect for travel, especially on planes or with a power bank.The airflow design is also well thought out, with multiple intake points so performance doesn’t drop off easily during normal use.Overall, this is a properly engineered product that delivers real cooling, strong battery performance, and smart design choices. If you’re looking for a true wearable AC and not just a fan, this is absolutely top tier.

Great device with one minor complaint

This product works exceptionally well at cooling the back and sides of one's neck. The cooling plates do, indeed, get cold almost instantly. That does provide a level of cooling that you don't get with most other products in this category.The Torras app is relatively straightforward, it gives more granular control over the fan and cooling plates, just the fan, or the heat function.The device does charge quickly and being able to use it while it charges is a great feature.My only complaint with the device is that the fans really only target the side of one's head, the back of the neck, and down the back. It is lacking any air flow over the face. Other than this one issue the device works well, is decently quiet, sits on the neck comfortably because of the joints that allow to one to open, close, and rotate the angle of the arms. Being able to fold it up for easier travel is also a great feature compared to most other neck ACs/fansI would say it is a good value for the money for the features that you get with the Torras Coolify Cyber Fold.

back panel and fans are good but side panels don’t really do anything

This thing is just ok. I really wanted to love it and it has a lot of potential but it doesn’t work as advertised. I bought it on a prime day sale so I’m wondering if they used that big sale to offload units with defects.The fans are great, quiet yet lots of airflow. The back panel is amazing, it literally feels like the temperature of the glass shelves in the fridge. It’s wonderfully cooling and that’s today in 94° mid summer heat.The reason I’m not giving it five stars is the lack of cooling from the side panels. They seem to be the same material and everything as the back panel and I’ve read the instruction manual front to back and over again yet they don’t really do anything at all. I’ve watched youtube videos too just in case I was missing something but I’m sure I’m not.At first I thought it was just that it wasn’t fitting me well because I’m a woman but my husband tried it on and it fits him perfectly and he wasn’t getting any cooling from the side panels either so it’s not how it fits. The panels are up against my skin and they’re just room temperature, I even get sweaty where those side panels are after a little bit which I don’t where the back panel is at all.Overall this product has so much potential but it’s falling short for me and I don’t know if it’s that I just happened to get a dud or if this is how it actually works. I’m debating if I should return it and try again with a different one but I bought it for a trip in a couple weeks and I don’t think I have time to exchange it before then. Oh well. I think if I had it to do over I would have just gotten the back panel only model which is half the price and lighter weight.This is a nitpick but I do wish there were a few more color options. Dark gray and medium grayish silver aren’t exactly my favorite choices, especially in summer when anything really dark like that gets hot in the sun. A white or beige would be ideal.

The best portable AC neck fan money can buy.

I’ve spent this last week using the Coolify Cyber Fiold neck AC and I would strongly recommend anyone to purchase this to stay cool this summer. I’m a large guy and summer and hot weather will normally have me sweating uncontrollably. But not with the Cyber Fold. For me I prefer using it at full AC power on a hot day. The problem at full power and the coolest level the battery will last you about 2- 2.5 hours. The secret to double or triple that duration is to also buy a power bank. The Cyber Fold works while it’s charging so if you keep a power bank in your left pants pocket and use the supplied three foot braided USB c cable with the angled end plugged into the Cyber Fold and the regular end in your power bank you can run it all day long. At the highest level the airflow is perfect to keep you cool all day. Even at full power the noise of the fan is noticeable but it doesn’t interfere with your AC heavenly cool. This is precision made high tech device that you’ll be asking yourself why didn’t I buy this sooner. Don’t let the premium price fool you. It’s worth the cost. It’s comfortable to wear and the weight is not noticeable. It works well and had consistent stability. If your like me and need that cool feeling on a hot day this is perfect. Also since it’s blade-less it won’t get caught in your hair or beard. But this is not just for hot days. This has a heating element that makes it perfect for cold days too. It’s a true portable AC unit that’s 100% hands free. Perfect for walking around theme parks or on the beach or use the heating element to soothe stiff and sore neck pain. Great for anyone. This is my favorite purchase I made this year so far.Update. This past 4th of July weekend I gave it a real working test. I needed to use it for five hours No problem you can attach a small power bank under you shirt into your pocket. No one will see it and it will extend the use of this device. Notice in my photos how it’s appears invisible behind my beard and collared shirt. Most important to note the large v pointed downward in the back of device should be tucked into your collar so you get that cool breeze going down your back. If you don’t have a beard it’s still fairly invisible. But the beard definitely helps.
