Moonag Wireless Controller Cover Skin (PS 5)，With 2 Silicone Thumb Grips | Envi

Kammy Bernard
Nice fit and adds some protection
I picked up the Moonag Wireless Controller Cover Skin for my PS5 controller, and I’m pretty happy with it. It fits the controller nicely and doesn’t feel loose or like it’s going to slide around while I’m playing. The material has a little grip to it, which makes the controller more comfortable to hold during longer gaming sessions.I also like having the extra layer of protection against scratches, fingerprints, and normal wear and tear. The openings line up well with the buttons, sticks, triggers, and other controls, so I didn’t have to fight with the cover or remove it to use the controller.Installation was simple and only took a minute or two. It also gives the controller a different look without making it feel bulky. Overall, it’s an inexpensive way to add some grip and protection to a PS5 controller.Ver másVer menos

Looks and Feels Awesome
This PS5 controller skin looks and feels great once installed. The material has a nice texture that adds extra grip and makes the controller more comfortable to hold, while also giving it a customized look and some added protection. The fit is very good, and all of the buttons and controls remain easy to access. It feels like a quality skin and makes the controller look even better without interfering with normal gameplay. The only downside is that the skin is too thick on the bottom of the controller to work properly with the Sony dual-controller charging base. I normally use the charging dock, so having to remove the skin or charge the controller another way is definitely inconvenient.Overall, I really like the appearance, feel, and added grip. If it were designed to remain compatible with Sony’s charging base, it would easily be a 5-star product, but because of that compatibility issue, I’m giving it 4 stars.Ver másVer menos

Great Look, Feel, and Grip—Just Won't Charge on the Official Sony Dock
The Moonag wireless controller silicone skin looks and feels great on the PS5 DualSense controller. It fits like a glove and gives the controller a fantastic, distinct Spider-Man aesthetic. The build quality is very solid:• Precision Cutouts: All the button and port openings line up accurately without catching or bunching.• Ergonomic Grip: The raised nubs on the upper face and the textured ridges along the handles noticeably enhance grip and comfort during intense gaming sessions.• Responsive Touchpad: The included touchpad decal looks slick and doesn't hinder touch sensitivity at all.• Drop Protection: Made of soft, shock-absorbing silicone, it adds a reassuring layer of protection against minor drops, scratches, and everyday wear. It also includes an extra pair of matching thumbstick grip caps. The main downside—and the reason for 3 stars—is dock compatibility. Because of the silicone thickness around the bottom contact pins, the controller will no longer seat or charge on the original Sony DualSense charging station. To charge it, you have to plug a USB-C cable directly into the top port (or remove the skin each time, which defeats the purpose). If you strictly charge your controllers with a USB-C cable, it’s an awesome, comfortable skin. But if you rely on the official drop-in dock for daily storage and charging, be aware that this will get in the way.Ver másVer menos

Nice Spider-Man theme with a better grip for PS5 controller
I really like the look of this cover. The red and black design gives the PS5 controller a completely different appearance, and the textured areas on the handles add some extra grip without making the controller feel bulky. The silicone fits snugly and stays in place while playing, and the included thumb grips are a nice bonus for improving control. The charger port isn’t an issue for me since I use a charging attachment that allows me to charge wirelessly without issue.Installation was straightforward, and I have not had any issues with the buttons or sticks becoming difficult to use. For about $13, you are getting a good amount of protection and a pretty noticeable visual upgrade without spending much. The Spider-Man style design definitely makes this stand out from the basic solid-color controller skins too, and that’s a win for a spider fan like me.Ver másVer menos

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable Grip and Good Protection
This silicone controller cover is a nice upgrade for everyday PS5 gaming. The soft material gives the controller a more comfortable, grippy feel while also helping protect it from scratches and normal wear. It fits snugly without making the controls difficult to access. The two included thumb grips are a nice bonus and add some extra comfort and control during longer gaming sessions. I also like that the silicone is easy to put on, remove, and clean. Overall, it’s an inexpensive way to add some protection and improve the feel of the controller.Ver másVer menos

So nice looking and so comfortable to hold
I am highly satisfied with the silicone cover skin for my PlayStation 5 DualSense controller. The package included a cover skin and two sets of silicone thumb grips, both featuring a matching design. The cover skin’s red and black Spiderman graphic complements the controller’s aesthetics. The silicone thumb grips enhance the controller’s comfort by providing a textured grip.A notable feature is the textured back of the handle, which improves grip and reduces discomfort during long-duration use. While the cover skin is thin, it does interfere with the charging base station. To alleviate this issue, I have used an Exacto knife to trim out a small bottom section of the silicone skin, allowing the controller to charge without the need to remove the cover skin each time.Overall, I am impressed by the product’s quality and comfort. I highly recommend this cover skin to others seeking a high-quality and ergonomic solution for their PlayStation 5 DualSense controller.Ver másVer menos

Nice grippy cover
Picked this up because I have 2 white controllers and it's nice to be able to tell them apart. I didn't put the sticker on the touch pad yet as I am sending both controller in for drift issues and didn't want it damaged in the repair process. I like the ridges in the back for separating your fingers and having better grip. The button cutouts are precise and fit well. It's nice that it comes with extra joystick caps. It does shift a little bit so I docked it a star for the little things. Not really enough to disuede a recommendation but it's not perfect.Ver másVer menos

A Bit of Extra Protection and Ease of Use for My Gaming Controllers
Three stars on an Amazon review is rated as "good." That's the appropriate rating for this controller skin -- it aligns and fit on my gaming controllers, brings a bit of extra grip during play, looks great (I especially like the accent designs on it), and it will protect your controller in the event of a drop. I can't ask for more; it definitely good.Ver másVer menos

Looks great but doesn't function well
I really like the look of this PS5 controller cover skin. Especially since I'm a huge Spiderman fan. Installation is super quick and very easy...which is another plus. The bad thing about this cover skin is that it is pretty thick and as such makes the buttons completely flush with the controller cover or even caved in. This makes pressing the actual controller buttons very difficult and also removes the tactile feeling of pressing those buttons. Another issue I ran into is wireless charging. Since the cover skin makes the overall controller thicker, the pins that need to come in contact with the wireless charging station no longer work. So basically I can no longer charge my controller wirelessly. That for me is a deal-breaker.Would I recommend this controller cover skin? Yes and no. Yes because it does look super cool and applying this is incredibly easy and quick. However if you rely on wireless charging then this is a no-go for sure. Also if the flushed buttons layout will hinder your overall gameplay as it did for me then again I would not recommend this product. It's kinda up to you and what is more important for you. For myself unfortunately it wasn't going to work out.Ver másVer menos
