Built strong
Easy to assemble with good instructions. However there is no manual to show the various exercises and folding instructions. I am familiar with weight training and exercise equipment, but several of the pins and screws make zero sense.

Great Bench for a Home Gym
I’ve been using this bench for a while, and I’m very happy with it. It’s stable, comfortable, and adjusts easily for incline, decline, and flat bench exercises. It feels durable and doesn’t take up too much space. Definitely a great addition to my home gym.

Junk!
Do not buy this. Cheaply made. Literally have to push barbell racks apart to adjust pole for seat angle to adjust. None of the adjustable parts adjust easy or fit into holes easily. Worse purchase ive ever made on Amazon. Spend your money elsewhere. Terrible!

Esta muy bien para su precio, hasta ahora parece ser un material resistente y duradero, llegó sin problemas, su instructivo lo vuelve fácil de armar. Muy recomendado.
