Why is it squeaking?

Not bad for an amazon brand but the slider on the mouse makes the most annoying and noticeable squeaking sound!!!! It’s a little ear piercing but not constant.

If you are looking for a higher dpi mouse for daily use (office purpose) with no RGB light show-off, then this is it. Surprisingly its so satisfying to hold it and 5 buttons are really useful in addition to dedicated dpi change switch.

I've used it for almost a year with no problems. The battery is even the same.It feels a bit heavy, probably due to the battery, but that's not a problem.
