Great little filter
So far, so good! I bought this to use in my 600sqft living room to help with all of this wildfire smoke, and it is making a huge difference. It's fairly quiet and distributes the air upwards instead of blowing directly at someone or something. You can also add essential oils to it and make the room smell nice. The filters are around $26, so overall pretty inexpensive size compared to other brands.Ver másVer menos

Compact, technology, air purification
Small and compact but does the job extremely well. I definitely tested it out a few times to see if it noticed a change in air quality- it didn't disappoint. Even at high speed the motor is fairly quiet compared to another hepa filter system I had. I like you can put it in sleep mode and it will shutoff the LEDs and indicator lights. Very easy to set up & easy to understand. So far it has been a great addition. I use it for when myAc is in as well to help filter the air. Excellent Design and Build
If like me you like to keep the air in your home feeling fresh without having an eyesore sitting in the corner, then a well-designed smart air purifier is a bit of a game changer.First impressions are really positive. As expected with Dreo, the overall build quality and finish are top-notch from start to finish. It stands at roughly 36 cm high, but the sleek styling ensures it does not look out of place or intrusive on a side table or floor. Standout features include a clean LED display reading real-time PM2.5 levels, four operating modes, four speeds, and a subtle light panel on the front that changes colour based on current air quality. Initial setup is dead easy, though you do need to make sure you unclip the filter and remove the plastic protective wrapper first; there is a large warning label on the side to remind you.Performance-wise, getting it linked to the home network was completely hassle-free. Having already used the Dreo app for a dehumidifier, the app popped up immediately upon switching the purifier on and prompted me to add it without needing to re-enter Wi-Fi details. Control is available via the touch buttons on top, but the app offers full flexibility. It starts up on full power, which is a little loud, but dropping it into Auto mode makes it virtually silent thanks to the brushless motor. The particle sensing works quickly, and it moves a serious volume of air. While summer means open windows and less continuous need for it, this will really come into its own during winter when cooking fumes and stale air build up inside. The small aroma pad tray is also a neat extra feature if you want to diffuse essential oils through the room.Overall, while it is priced towards the premium end at £99.99, the build quality, aesthetic design, and seamless smart controls make it well worth the investment. I’ve been using the DREO Smart Air Purifier in my bedroom, and it’s made a noticeable difference to how fresh the room feels. I wanted something that was quiet enough to run overnight but still effective, and this has been exactly that.Setting it up was quick and straightforward, and I was impressed by how sleek and modern it looks. It blends into the room nicely without taking up too much space, making it ideal for a bedroom or home office.One of my favourite features is the air quality display. It’s really useful being able to see the PM2.5 reading in real time, and I like that the purifier automatically adjusts its speed depending on the air quality. It gives me confidence that it’s only working as hard as it needs to.I was genuinely surprised by how quiet it is. On sleep mode it’s barely noticeable, so I’ve had no problem leaving it running throughout the night. It’s quiet enough that it doesn’t disturb my sleep, but I still wake up feeling like the room is fresher.The 3-in-1 HEPA filtration does a great job of helping reduce dust, cooking odours and general airborne particles. Since using it, the air feels cleaner, and I’ve noticed the room doesn’t feel as stuffy, especially after the windows have been closed for a while.I also love the aroma pad feature. Expensive but effective air purifier.
I’ve had the rare blessing of being able to test out two of these Dreo air purifiers, and they are both great, but they both cost a lot, and this one costs £20 less. So why would you buy this one over its bigger brother? (TL;DR it does pretty much exactly the same but for smaller rooms).I got this because, essentially, our cat has been pretty seriously unwell, which has been awful for her and (practically) smelly for us. So I ordered these to relieve the aroma, particularly in the bedroom where she spends a lot of her time with us.Set up is very fast and easy. The product itself guides you to open it up, remove the plastic from the filter, put the filter where it belongs, seal it up, plug in… boom.It sits there looking quiet and chi-chi, in stark contrast to the rest of my slightly chaotic home.Downloading the app and linking the purifier to it is dead easy. It does insist on having the Wi-Fi code, which you may or may not have to hand, but that’s the hardest bit. You can run the unit via the app, and that’s the easiest way to do it.You have the option of putting on the unit’s ambient light which will give you a sense of how high the air quality is. You can see it quietly improving as you sit there.That said, this is very much a home unit. The listing says this is for rooms of up to about 80 m², which means you’re looking at more enclosed and smaller rooms (or, between ourselves, given it is light…I just stick it next to whatever is smelly and let it work its magic. The other, more expensive Dreo unit will clear bigger rooms faster because it has a higher strength purifier. But if you’re on a budget and have time… a lot can be achieved with a closed door and sitting this on top of whatever needs filtering.Ver másVer menos

Good and effective smart air purifier by DREO
This is the DREO 338S smart Air Purifier which is very effective and quiet.The purifier comes well packed and protected and the included filter is sealed in a plastic bagnwhich is good to see and hence prolonging the life of the activated carbon filter within.When plugged in the front screen lights up dimly showing the power button and a fewmother options and when the purifier is turned on the screen shows more options such as the fan speed, pm2.5 status as well as various other options.The lowest setting is really quiet such that you might think it is notnworking but it is and you can increase to level 4 and the noise does increase bit still is relatively quiet.The main light on the front depicts the status of air quality and changes to red when heavy particulates are detected and shifts tolerance to yellow to green then blue which is normal and clean air.Theee are various modes and you can set and automated mode which will increase the fan speed as required to help speed up air purification.All these options are.fully controllable also remotely with the DREO mobile app which is easy to install and connect the purifier to your home WiFi.Through the app you can also see the historic levels of particulates as well as set up schedules and other modes.The purifier is remarkably efficient at purifier the air and it can also remind you when you should change the filter. The filter has a pre filter, hepa filter and activated carbon filter in a cylinder shape.You can also add scent to the expelled purified air should you wish with a sponge in a tray at the rear and a spare is provided.The unit is also not too heavy at 2.5kg, so easy to move from room to room and its size of 36cm tall by 23.5cm diameter means it can sit easily on the side table or corner without taking too much room.This has really helped clear the rooms of pollen making them nicer to be in.Ver másVer menos
