Amazing quality, saw all kinds of wildlife!
I was absolutely surprised and pleased with the quality of these MIXIO 10x24 Binoculars with BAK$ FMC Lens!I go fishing and hiking a lot, so I was in the market for some binoculars to get a better look at the wildlife around me, especially birds. The price of these weren't bad, so I thought I was getting an item that would be just good enough, and when I felt like investing more I'd get a better pair.Well, let me tell you I will not be replacing these until they break or get lost. The binoculars have a nice weight to them which makes them feel expensive and sturdy. They come with covers for the front and back lenses, and comes in a convenient carrying case with strap, and even a free cleaning cloth for the lenses! The binoculars are adjustable so that both your eyes can comfortably view through them, and there is an adjustable lens so that you can increase the sharpness based on how far or close you're looking away.I tested these in the park and I could see clear across the park, someone walking their dog. When I looked up in the trees, I got a clear look of many types of local birds like blue jays, cardinals, and hawks.I was super impressed by the quality and the images produced by this set of binoculars. A Spot-On Way to Get a 'Bird's-Eye' View
I was really impressed by the build quality of these binoculars the second I took them out of the box. They have a solid, reassuring weight in my hands without feeling overly heavy or fatiguing to hold during long stretches of scanning the treeline. The exterior grip feels rugged and easy to hold onto, even on humid mornings.For bird watching, the clarity is fantastic. The FMC lenses and BAK4 prism make a noticeable difference in how bright and sharp the image is, allowing me to easily spot feather details and track movement through the branches. The 10x25 magnification strikes a perfect balance—it gives me plenty of reach for distance viewing while keeping the field of view wide enough that I don't lose sight of fast-moving birds.The focus wheel is smooth and easy to adjust with one finger, making it simple to get a crisp image quickly. They are compact enough to easily toss into a daypack or wear around my neck during a hike without feeling weighed down. Really nice all-around set of binoculars
These binoculars arrived well packaged. In addition to binoculars, I also received a bag for safe keeping and a strap that goes on the binoculars. I liked that the binoculars come with good quality lens covers.Trying the binoculars out, they have individual eye adjustments and an overall focus. There is no zoom. The dials have a nice precision feel when adjusting. I also like the quality feel and weight to the binoculars. The body has almost a rubberized coating that makes them easy to grip. I like the size of them. They're not too delicate and they're not huge like the optics I used decades ago. The distance you can see is pretty good. I don't think I'd use them for hunting, but they would be good for many applications outside. At the time of writing this review, you can't beat the price. Surprisingly Great Quality for the Price
For $40 binoculars, I was anticipating that these would be a tad better than a child's toy, but not much beyond that.... I was so pleasantly surprised by the quality of these. Starting with the padded carrying case that the binoculars fit into perfectly and the detachable strap, I knew things were looking good. The binoculars themselves are quite substantial, and come with the same features like lens covers that I see on known name brand standards. The actual Zoom power, clarity of the lenses and focus features are where I was really the most surprised. No, these don't feel like professional binoculars, but they sure do the job for any type of amateur uses. Whether that is bird, watching, hiking or the like, these certainly are effective. I they are also sized appropriately for most adults to use comfortably. Again, considering these are just $40, I really have no notes. The binoculars I received were not as I was expecting. This pair measures 6.5" x 5.5". They are not "pocket-sized." The directions are acceptable but do have a lot of grammatical errors. That said, they are very nice. The 10 x 25 power. It includes a pack for carrying as well as a neck strap. With 10x magnification, you may notice more image shaking. I didn't see a feature for stabilization. They work well and are easy to hold.QUALITY: 3.8 out of 5PROS: They work great, especially if you are on a budget. You get quality without the need to pay for a name.CONS: They are not the mini version as they list. Good basic pair
I already own a nice pair of binoculars, but I wanted a second set because constantly passing one pair back and forth was a hassle. We each have slightly different focus settings, so readjusting them every time wasn't practical.At this price point, I figured these were worth trying, and I'm glad I did. For daytime use, they work great. The 10x magnification is perfect for backyard bird watching, and I think they'd also be excellent for sporting events like football games. They focus well, feel comfortable in the hands, and are a solid basic pair of binoculars.That said, there are a few limitations. Since they're 10x25, they don't gather enough light for nighttime viewing. If you're hoping to look at stars, these aren't the binoculars for that. My husband also prefers eyecups with a little more cushioning, while I found them perfectly comfortable. They're not especially lightweight either, so you may notice the extra weight if you're carrying them on a long hike.Overall, these are a great value for the money. Just don't expect them to perform like a much more expensive pair with larger objective lenses and better low-light capability. Excellent Value for Casual Birding and Travel
I was pleasantly surprised by these binoculars. The image is bright and clear, focus adjusts smoothly, and they feel solid in the hand without being overly heavy. For bird watching around the neighborhood and taking on hikes, they've performed very well and provide plenty of magnification while still being easy to steady.They're not going to compete with premium binoculars that cost several hundred dollars, but I honestly didn't expect them to. For the price, the optics are impressive, the included accessories are useful, and everything feels well made.
