  Exactly what I needed!

  My bearded dragon traveled 900 miles over 2 days in this carrier and she did amazing. She freem roamed in the hotel while we were stopped. Good air flow and easy to maintain temp with a towel thrown over.

  - Great travel carrier for small pets!

  I got the pink carrier in the 8"L x 7"W x 5"H size and have been really happy with it. The space capsule design with the clear bubble dome is perfect because it gives my pet a great panoramic view of the outside world without feeling confined, and I love that I can easily switch it out for the honeycomb mesh cover when I want to boost the airflow. The 600D Oxford fabric feels heavy-duty and durable, the side mesh panels provide excellent ventilation, and the included soft, washable mat keeps everything comfortable and easy to clean. It collapses down nicely for storage and works wonderfully for quick trips, vet visits, or outdoor walks.   A great item for small pets. Plenty of air flow. Nice size too.

  This is a good quality item. It has a comfortable handle for carrying, and it also has a shoulder strap. This will fit well with lizards, hamsters, mice, and other small pets. This has plenty of ventilation. I like that the front of it is a clear plastic material. It doesn't easily collapse, and is a suitable place for a pet to hang out in. It will be great for taking them to the vet, park, or even a show and tell. It has a pouch on the side for bringing snacks. The front and the back both have zippers that allow it to fully open. There is also a small screen window that allows me to stick my hand in there easily without opening the whole bag. I think it's a good value for the money, and I'm giving it five stars.   Quality backpack pet carrier, but hard to switch the front plates!

  I really want to give this carrier 4 or 5 stars because it has so much going for it, but the process for switching between the bubble and the vent on the front is extremely difficult to figure out. I know that if I have to put thought and trial and error into figuring something out, most people faced with the same task simply give up. I did make a video to show the process (after I finally figured it out myself!), and I will include written directions to go along with the video at the end of my review.Other than that, I love this carrier! It's a good size for a bearded dragon, and it has plenty of ventilation. The front unzips down both sides for easy entry or exit, and there's a side door for slipping in treats. It comes with a fluffy "rug" and a flat piece to reinforce the bottom. You can carry it by the straps or by the handle at the top. It feels like it should last a reasonable amount of time.To switch between the bubble and the vent plate...Getting it off is the easy part: Find the little button on the edge of the ring and push it in towards the ring. Hold it down while you turn the ring counter-clockwise. The ring pops off easily, and you can now remove the bubble/plate.Set the replacement bubble/plate in place. Take a good look at the ring. It has a wide notch that goes over the release button. On the underside, it also has three little raised sections that need to go into three matching notches on the front of the bag.What you'll need to do is hold onto that ring right where one of those raised sections is, so that you can line it up with the matching notch on the front of the bag. How will you know which one it matches? Remember that the notch on the ring has to line up with the release button at the same time.One you're holding the ring like that in the correct orientation, lower the ring onto the front of the bag so that the raised section on the ring slips into the notch on the front of the bag. At this point, if everything is lined up correctly, the ring should settle all the way down against the bag. If it does, you will be able to turn the ring clockwise until you hear the latch click into place, and you're done!Test it to make sure it's secure. If it pops apart, it wasn't quite lined up right. Try again!Hopefully, by referring to my video and directions, you'll get the hang of it a lot quicker than I did!
