Great Little PC for Everyday Use
I’ve been using this mini PC for my home office and I’m really happy with it. Setup was quick and easy, and it runs fast and smoothly even with multiple browser tabs and programs open at the same time. I really like how compact it is because it takes up almost no desk space, while still having plenty of ports and support for multiple monitors. WiFi has been stable and it stays pretty quiet during normal use. Overall, I’m impressed with how much performance you get from such a small computer, and it’s been a great choice for everyday work.Ver másVer menos

Exceeded my expectations – fast and reliable Mini PC
Super impressed with this mini PC! The setup was quick and painless right out of the box with Win 11 Pro pre-installed. It’s incredibly compact and lightweight, saving so much desk space while looking great with the top LED lighting. Boot speed is fast, and the Ryzen processor handles all my tasks without any lag. It runs super quiet, barely making any noise even after hours of use, and has been completely reliable without overheating. Overall a fantastic, fast, and quiet little machine for everyday use!Ver másVer menos

Cool works well but not perfect
This thing is COOL. It works well, but if you're in the USA, the language option is English Great Britain. There are US options for the keyboard, etc. the device is usable this way however I rather chose English US, because some apps or programs when installing will reflect you're using GB English as opposed to English US. Using powershell I was able to fanagle English US. But the option is still greyed out and in usable like it should be, however I got Windows to still reflect English US, using powershell. Took my some time on Google in order to get that working. I suspect this is a licensing issue and the pre installed windows 11 is not licensed for The US version of English. I emailed support, they either didn't understand me or don't understand their product, they weren't helpful initially and I didn't want to go back n forth with them. I've seen some people post reviews saying they got new activation keys that allowed US English to be picked. I also had to uninstall office and reinstall because the version that was on there appeared to be a multi language version and I didn't need office in 5 different languages. I also obviously needed to acquire a license for Office, but that is NOT a manufature or product issue, it's just feedback I'm mentioning. Overall can this be a use right out the box, sure. But for the USA people, it really is NOT. Additionally this thing should have WiFi 6 not WiFi 5 still and it's not an easy box to open to just swap out the WiFi card. It's possible but I didn't want to deal with it. This was a gift for my father, he'll make do with AC WiFi. If I was keeping this for myself for little projects, I would open it and upgrade the WiFi but it would be a pain.Ver másVer menos

BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK! GREAT SUPPORT!
Just purchased the MP100 and had to reload Windows to match US region. I emailed for support to get the drivers and software after reinstalling, and within less than an hour I had received an email back from Blackview support that provided me with the necessary links to download drivers and software. Having ordered other brand mini PC's, I have to say that this mini PC is the BEST BANG FOR THE BUCK! It really performs well and is quiet without any overheating. I would highly recommend this to anyone comparing Mini PC's. Thank you!Ver másVer menos

Compact, fast, good for everyday work
It’s surprisingly compact but has plenty of power for everyday tasks, and multitasking. The 7430U processor make everything feel smooth and responsive. The SSD provides plenty of storage for my work files and applications, and I like that it can be upgraded if more storage is needed. The ability to connect up to three displays is also a big plus for a home office setup t makes multitasking much easier.Ver másVer menos

Fragile System & Lack of Support
Was pretty happy with this device as I was only using it for streaming games online. Had it for about three months. There was an update that was forced (was not give an option to just restart or shut off, absolutely had to do the update). The update screwed up some programs and devices I used so I tried to do a System Restore and upon doing that, kept getting a blue screen that the Automatic Repair didn't work. Tried doing all the restore options and nothing, preventing me with access to the PC. Contacted their customer service and was given instructions on how to re-install Windows but even trying to follow the instructions, it still didn't present to me the options that the walk-through provided.Customer service then offered a refund which I will have to do. I wanted to see if they would repair the device for me and they said they could but they wouldn't return the product and didn't provide a solid reason as to why, which is a shame because I liked this device and wanted to continue using it. Was told the model I have is out of stock and they couldn't send a replacement which is why they offered a refund, despite the fact that they can just repair themselves but won't return it back for whatever reason.Didn't use heavy programs at all for this PC. I wouldn't recommend it, especially if something is wrong and you wish to get a repair. Suggest you save up for a better product.Ver másVer menos
