Great 360° Coverage and Easy to Use
This dash cam exceeded my expectations. The video quality is very clear, especially the front 4K camera, and I like that it records the front, rear, left, and right sides at the same time. Setup was easy, and the included 128GB SD card was a nice bonus. The WiFi connection is fast, making it simple to view and download videos on my phone. I also feel more comfortable leaving my car parked because of the parking mode feature. For the price, this dash cam offers a lot of features and great peace of mind. My newly purchased car needed a new dashcam. I was looking for something that records front, back, both sides and rear exterior and more importantly, supports parking mode. I love that the two side cams angles are adjustable, allowing you to capture 360 view.This dashcam checks all the boxes for me.Being able to record in 4k is huge plus as it helps with reading the license plates when reviewing the recordings. It comes with 128gb SD card saving you at least $35 and cigarette charger cord. I do recommend getting the hard wire kit and parking kit which are sold separately.I have installed many dashcams in the past and this one is no different and is pretty straightforward. When wiring the parking mode, you must find a wire that remains "hot" when the power is completely off.As for setting up the dashcam once installed, everything seems user friendly and is easily understandable. Ive got everything up and running including the parking mode in less than two hours. No issues to report at this time. However, I will update this review should I encounter any problems. Outclasses Dashcams More Than Twice Its Price – A+
This is my fourth dashcam, and it is easily the best one yet. It delivers premium features at a lower cost than older models I paid $345 for. The video resolution is great, and the four camera lenses provide complete 360-degree coverage. Thanks to the easy swivel and tilt design, I can quickly re-aim the side cameras to record inside the cabin as needed.The technical features are equally impressive. The 5.8 GHz Wi-Fi 6 makes downloading video recordings fast, and the built-in GPS accurately tracks speed, time, and mapping routes. It even includes a free 128GB SD card. While I was initially skeptical of the suction mount, the twist-knob design is secure and effortless. I highly recommend buying the hardwire kit to utilize the parking mode for total peace of mind. High quality and user friendly
The Icesky dashcam was super simple to install. The kit includes all the hardware necessary to get the dashcam mounted out of the box. The suction cup that mounts the main dashcam to the front windshield is super strong and makes installing the dashcam very simple. The side cameras can be turned in all directions to capture the frame I want. The screen allows viewing 3 frames and 4 frames when the rear camera is installed. The versatility is amazing. Connectivity to the phone is straightforward and the app is simply to navigate. Adjusting setting is very simple in the app, which I prefer to do as opposed to using the physical buttons on the dashcam. The video captures gps coordinates and speed which is key to disputing traffic accidents. The dashcam seems large out of the box but once mounted in my F-150, it is quite compact. Start Up Time is Forever
Absolutely awful boot up time. Video included shows the problem, the camera reboots endlessly. Yesterday it continuously restarted for my entire half hour commute.Unless you want to sit in your vehicle for at least 10 minutes while the camera starts and restarts, or risk having nothing recorded while the camera figures itself out, I recommend purchasing something elseVer másVer menos
