I bought this adapter because I wanted to stop connecting the phone with the cable every time I got into the car. The truth is, I liked it a lot because the configuration was much simpler than I expected. I connected it, followed the instructions and in a short time it was already working.What I like the most is that now I can get into the car and connect my phone wirelessly without having to look for the cable. CarPlay starts quickly and so far the connection has remained stable while driving. I have used it to listen to music, use Google Maps, make calls and see the directions without any problem.I also find it very practical that it is small and compact, because it does not take up space or get in the way. It comes with the necessary cables and can be installed practically in a few minutes.Overall, I'm happy with the purchase. For someone who already has CarPlay or Android Auto wired and wants to do it wirelessly without getting too complicated, this adapter seems like a good alternative. Works perfectly - best purchase of 2026!
I waited to use this several times before writing this review to ensure that the receiver worked properly. It's been a couple of weeks and I am just floored with how great it has been.I have a 2024 car that did not connect wirelessly. I just don't understand why this is a feature that isn't standard. Older cars can connect wirelessly. And not having this option has been a big frustration since I bought the car.This receiver connects quickly every time. It works like a dream! Gone is the long cable. No more searching for the end. No more getting it tangled. No more plugging in and Android Auto not working because for some reason it wants me to unlock my phone.My phone now connects very quickly, every time. In fact, Android Auto seems to often start up faster than when I connect via the cable.There are many receivers on Amazon. I chose this one because it is oriented to lay flat against the USB input. My input is located inside a little storage area. So the flat profile makes it less likely to be in the way.The only issue that I had was that the first time I connected via bluetooth, it showed Apple CarPlay and said audio only - which was particularly strange since I don't have an iPhone. But I went into Android Auto in my phone settings and removed my car. Then I connected again via the bluetooth and it started Android Auto correctly. Removing the vehicle was not in the instructions.I cannot think of the last time I bought something that I was so happy with. Easy to Setup
Connects via Bluetooth and works well. I use an iPhone 13 Pro, and my car has an aftermarket Pioneer head unit, and it works well. It takes around 5-7 mins to connect. There is noticeable latency, but I believe this is due to a combination of my head unit and the device. The device is sized well and sits aesthetically in place.Ver másVer menos

Well‑Built Adapter, but My 2020 Silverado Wouldn’t Cooperate
I couldn’t get this wireless Android Auto adapter to work with my 2020 Silverado. I tried a couple of similar adapters as well and had the same issue, so I’m still not sure whether the problem was the product, the setup, or the truck itself. Based on the research I did, the 2020 Silverado seems to be a difficult model for these adapters to work with, so I’m leaning toward the truck being the culprit.The adapter itself appeared well made — not cheap, lightweight plastic. It felt sturdy and had some weight to it, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts, I couldn’t get it to connect reliably, and I eventually gave up and went back to using a cable.In the end, I returned it because I couldn’t get it to work for my setup, but the build quality seemed solid. If you have a different vehicle, you may have better luck.Bottom line: Solid build quality, but my 2020 Silverado just wouldn’t work with it — sticking with a cable was the only reliable option for me.Ver másVer menos
