  Great for the money

  I don't know what all of the negative comments are about! I used my new wired earbuds on my dog walk this morning and they worked great! Great sound, muted the microphone easily so I could chat with my neighbors, then proceeded to listen to my audiobook. They are comfortable, and how could you complain about the $20 cost?   Easy. Good quality.

  I use them for work calls.They are perfect for that.They have good sound, but sunce they are night snug into the ear, there isn't deep bass.Not tinny, good sound.Excellent for my work calls. Easy. No problems. Works well on both types of phones (i have one of each).Ver másVer menos

  Good sound with deep bass! Jack doesn't connect properly.

  I like that the sound is deep bass as advertised, these sound much better than the less expensive Sony's that I was using. These are worth the extra money!Updated Review: The thing that I have discovered with these that's annoying is that if the male jack is inserted fully into a female port the sound only emits to one earpiece, the jack must be pulled halfway out to get the full stereo sound advantage. When it is halfway out it tends to fall out. Never had this problem with other personal headsets. ???Ver másVer menos

  Bad product?

  I loved the sound and the switch to be able to change songs mid-run without having to fiddle with my phone. What I didn't like was the product durability. After just two uses, I found the wires splitting and the switch no longer worked. I bought this item twice after I had the issue with the first one and thought that it may have just been a set that had dried out or something. The second pair did the same thing.I'm very disappointed, because there aren't many options for an over-the-ear headphone set like this, and I've tried so many others that didn't fit just right.These fit great, feel great, and the sound is perfect. I just wish that they'd been more durable as I've already spent over 40 bucks on a faulty item.Ver másVer menos

The base is not effective to be retailed at $30 to be honest.- The ear wraps are light, but flimsy. It fits perfectly to my right ear, not loose. On the left, it seems to wiggle out. I would not use for working out but perhaps audio books, gaming and general music play back during office hours. Primarily "sitting" pose with minimal[!] head movement is best.- The cord is a decent length, and thin. However if you prefer an oversized hoodie with a kangaroo pouch, it may not be sufficient.   Good if your in a quiet room...

  I really wanted to like these headphones but now ...I've been looking for a pair of wired USB-C type headphones with a good sound. I already own a pair of wireless Beats, which while does a better sound job doesn't, like all bluetooth headsets block out the "stuttering" effect caused by surrounding interference. Which is why I switched back. But trying to find a decent pair that gives good sound, the kind audiophiles love to talk about is not that easy. With a price tag coming in at $20+ produced by whatever manufacturer that company is using to produce them quickly and make quick money, there is going to be some hard sacrifices. The 1 type of sacrifice is the one that effects the sound quality. The 2nd is durability. If you don't care about this sort of thing and you're just looking for a quick set of headphones and care about the bells and whistles then you might be okay with them. I chose this "hook" type design as I got tired of my headphones falling out my ear. The one problem with hook designs depends solely on how they fit to a persons ear. I have small ears and while I can wear most hook designs, this one won't sit on the area behind my ear. I think the best design on this was JVC's old sport's ear hook (HAEB75B) headphones. The came with a slider that allowed you to adjust the hook. I still have a pair. The other issue is the ear piece. I don't know who thought this design was a good one. We already passed that design years ago. It worked, but for this type of headphone, the piece has to sit somewhat in the ear already hindered by the hook placement. I know that you aren't supposed to have earphones so directly in your ear due for safety issues, but the placement is so awkward that you can barely hear anything. I call them "safe" headphones, because you won't kill your hearing with these. The spacing between the ear piece and the ear opening leaves a lot of open areas for other sounds to travel. So forget trying to hear the person on the other end of a call, your music or a podcast. Even a pair of free headphones they give you on planes does a better job of cancelling out noise. The sound quality is crap but you can hear. Turning up the volume is not a good idea as well as an option. One the sound gets distorted and it's like holding trying to listen while holding it AWAY from your ear. There is no volume up or down button. Just the one button used to answer calls or stop your music or a podcast video. It does work pretty decent. I can't say much about the mic as I have not tried it. What's the point? I'm already dealing with comfortability issues while trying to enjoy all forms of audio. Very light weight. Wires can become tangled if your not careful of what you're wearing. Headphones like this can break easily if you hit a snag in the wrong place. Value, it's a $20 pair of headphones. Again don't expect the stars on that price tag. Headphones like this are mass produced at that price tag because people need and want them. Overall, this headphone might work for other people. They're not too bad but sadly it's not what I was hoping for in a new pair. Philips is a good company where they normally do better with other appliances. I've bought numerous products under their name and was very happy with them. I guess I was wrong to think that a long standing company could still produce a decent pair of headphones like what they've done so in the past. I will be sending these back for something else.

  Mic quality with Zoom on PC is not defective; it's just a Zoom setting

  I bought these to use on Zoom meetings at work in the office. I don't really like headphones that wrap around my head (especially for long periods of every day), and the earbuds I use to listen to music aren't great for me talking because their earplugs make me "hear my voice from inside my head" and even I hear myself swallow. These work great because they are not intended to push into your ear canal, so your ears aren't plugged and you can hear what's going on around you, like if a co-worker walked up and said something to you.The most important thing I want to let people know is about the mic quality with Zoom on a PC. Another reviewer said "Microphone doesn’t work well when connected to laptop- barely audible". I had the same problem. As I tested the earbuds (speaker) and the mic in Zoom, my voice was only picked up when I was speaking VERY loud. When talking normally, it cut out completely. They were unusable. I eventually went into Zoom's "advanced" audio settings and found a dropdown for "Signal processing by Windows audio device drivers". It had been set to "Auto" or "On (Windows - Default)", but I changed it to "Off (Windows - Raw)". When I went back to test the mic, it then worked perfectly and picked up all my normal or soft speaking. The voice playback is now great.Ver másVer menos

  muy buenos para correr

  Perfecto, envio super rapido. Lo pedi el viernes y el lunes ya lo tenia en casa. Los he probado y ajustan super bien, resistentes al sudor y todo muy muy bien. El sonido muy bueno. Cuando compraba leí las opiniones y habia algunas malas pero x tener la oreja pequeña..yo soy un tipo grande asi que compré sin temor y he acertado, muchas gracias, si los usas de.diario para escuxar lo que sea si que duele un poco pero haciendo deporte aguantan genial y no,te hacen daño , ni te enterss.   très bon produit

  Ce produit est très agréable à porter, il se loge bien au niveau de l'oreille sans contrainte.Le son est très correct .Rapport qualité prix très correct.C'est la 1ère fois que je laisse une évaluation, car j'ai envie de valoriser ce produit.

  Muy buen sonido, excelente sonido, no se sienten como estetoscopios.

  Me encantó el sonido no suenan como estetoscopio, lamentablemente no son cómodos y no se ajustan a mis orejas. El diseño con una apertura genera una especie de sonido como los audífonos grandes de espalda abierta, lamentablemente me han sido muy incómodos, y el gancho para la oreja no se fija muy bien, es para orejas grandes.Ver másVer menos
