  Amazing!!

  Machine is amazing. Pulley system is smooth and Smith machine is smooth. Everything works better than expected very sturdy. It does take a while to put together so set aside some time. I believe with this set up I received 11 packages although was missing a few parts but I gotta say customer support was top-notch. They were friendly and knowledgeable and got me my other parts ASAP would highly recommend this product. Also missing parts were due to damage packaging which could happen to anybody.Ver másVer menos

  It’s gorgeous. Like everyone else has mentioned it ships in multiple boxes with several different carriers; Amazon, UPS, yunexpress & FedEx. Make sure to download the apps so you can get delivery notifications. Def worth the price and the quality is great. Requires two people for assembly so make sure you get help. Rating 4 stars just because you have to keep an eye on the different carriers the items ship with and that was a pain!Ver másVer menos

  Exceeds expectations!

  Shipping came in multiple packages through the span of about 2 weeks. Equipment easy to build. The cage is pretty sturdy and the metal used is good quality for residential use.

  Delivery/Fulfillment Nightmare

  I spent over $2,000 on this RitFit Buffalo Smith Machine, and more than two weeks later I still can’t assemble it because amazon and Ritfit failed to ship a complete order.After receiving the shipment, I immediately contacted RitFit through Amazon and provided photos of everything I received. RitFit reviewed the pictures and confirmed their warehouse had shipped incorrect items and that components were missing. I also called customer support twice, and RitFit advised me to contact them directly by email to help resolve the issue.To RitFit’s credit, they eventually sent the missing uprights (which was completely missing from the first shipment) and the RitFit nameplate. However, I am still missing one essential item from assembling and using the rack.The most frustrating part isn’t that a mistake was made—mistakes happen. It’s how poorly RitFit has handled the fulfillment process. I have repeatedly been told the missing part was shipping, only to watch delivery dates change while the package gets delayed again. My brand-new rack has now sat in pieces in my garage for over two weeks because RitFit has been unable to deliver a complete order.The equipment itself may be excellent, but I have no way of knowing because I still can’t build it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend RitFit. If you’re considering spending thousands of dollars on a home gym, I would strongly suggest choosing a company with a more reliable shipping and order fulfillment process. If you are in the market to buy $2k worth of gym equipment that you can’t actually use, this is company you want to go with.I wish I could rate it lower than 1 star but was forced to give it 1 star.Ver másVer menos

  Great workout equipment

  I’ve been using this machine for over a month now, and I genuinely enjoy it. It’s an excellent piece of workout equipment. I’m hoping RitFit will convert their Tornado Arms and Lat Pulldown attachments to the Buffalo setup.

  Excellent Cage from Rit Fit

  A high-quality cage, very strong and solid, in which you can do many strength exercises for your body. I liked it a lot and it's very useful to me.

  Great Machine Extremely Versatile

  The machine came in 10 boxes, everything was there, directions are easy to follow, and with patience it’s easy to assemble. You’ll definitely need two people to assemble certain parts. We are very happy with this machine and seller is very helpful.
