It’s easy to use if you know what you’re doing. It does stick pretty good but if your skin is sensitive, you’ll have to use water to take it off so you don’t pull your skin, but it does help with what I wanted it for.

I use it to tape my mouth shut while sleeping. Works great even sticks when I have slight beard growth.

Dies give pain relief. Doesn't last more than 2 day when steps are overlapping. Avoid that and you'll be pleased.

Tape gets pretty soggy for waterproof. My physical therapist used Theraband tape and the difference was significant in multiple ways. After she taped my knee yesterday I was able to sleep well last night.
