Better than Raycon - Always go with Skullcandy!
I bought these after a disappointing experience with Raycon's open ear fitness. For half the price (Bone color), I got a way better device! It popped up on my phone due to proximity and automatically set me up with Find Hub! It was even easier to connect them to my phone the first time. I didn't think I'd even use the neck thing, but it's magnetic and attaches and detaches easily. They fit perfectly - I was worried that it still technically goes into part of the ear, but it carries sound much better than the variety that sits entirely outside of the ear. The sound is amazing, and turning my music down allows me to hear people talking and the TV while the music is still perfectly clear. The material is obviously great, as Skullcandy always is, and these just prove that I should always go with Skullcandy, no matter how many ads I see for "luxury" brands.Ver másVer menos

It takes a bit to get them on correctly if you have small ears. None of the features work properly ( can't tap to answer or to hang up the call). If you are watching something through them and you pause it, when you start again they make this loud noise in your ear. Can't get some of the features to work through the app. I contacted them through the chat on the app and Amazon and for whatever reason, they can't find their own product that they sell and thats on their site BOO!!!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN!!!!Ver másVer menos

Great sound, great value, great product for the price.
Solid product, great battery life. For over the ear headphones they are a little odd. The part that tucks in the ear, is a little big, so it doesn't stay inside. And the part that clips around the ear, is flexible, but not posable, so they tend to drift around. I use them at my desk for 4-8 hours of listening, and they work great with my phone and laptop. I use them for biking and I'm a little nervous about them falling off. I use the neck cable a lot, and it helps. It can be adjusted to twist a certain way and hold a little better in certain circumstances. I wish they came in bright colors, I bought the grey and those are hard to find when I do take them off and put them in a bag. Probably would get a 5 star for those very nit-picky issues.Ver másVer menos

Great headset
A great headset after getting used to having it set in the ear. I was able to hear music while using a riding lawnmower. When used for phone calls, I can hear them well and they can hear me clearly

Great fit. Inconsistent sound volume.
They fit great, no complaints there. The audio quality is decent and the bass feels punchy. The audio volume is what kills this for me as it is completely inconsistent. I listen at low volumes and this is the only pair of earbuds I have that forget what level they are on and will blast your ears at startup. Starting from 0 volume to 1 it will spike loud volume before adjusting then the audio sometimes goes up and down throughout the song. These are by far my worst earbuds ever and I still have pair of wired Ink'd buds that are still going strong after a decade. I downloaded the firmware update 1.0.2 before using these so I'm not sure if these were problematic before or after but the volume blasting you for that split second at startup and starting different tracks kills this thing for me.Ver másVer menos

Didn’t fit right.
I wish I could adjust the piece that goes over your it sit to far back on my ear and even with my phone turned up, it was hard to hear my music or when taking a phone call.

Amazing sound quality.
These earbuds are such a great improvement from my previous pair. They fit perfectly on my ears without slipping off even when I at the gym and no irritation from any silicone earbuds. The sound is amazing, very clear and easily adjustable through the touch controls and the magnetic clips is useful for carrying the charging case. Would definitely recommend these to a friend.Ver másVer menos
