Great TV
We are really enjoying this TV. The picture is gorgeous, sound is good, and it was relatively easy to set up. The home page is very crowded, but I figured out a way for my almost blind mother to easily get to the cable link. Playing DVDs is very easy with a connected player. The only drawback is that we had to tweak its position to avoid glare from the living room lamp. We love it.Ver másVer menos

Great TV!
We are very pleased with the Samsung 85 inch Neo QLED TV. Easy to operate with a fantastic picture. Our previous TV was a 75 inch Samsung that lasted a long time with a lot of use, so we had no qualms about getting another. We also have Samsung phones, which is a plus. Samsung Customer Care was awful!
i'm only going one star on this one. The picture was great, the colors were fantastic, the sound not bad without a sound bar. But, after a couple of days of viewing, lines appeared on the screen. Ran the self-diagnostic test that's in settings and results were that a problem was found, contact Samsung Customer Care. That is where I ran in to difficulties. After 3 weeks of trying to get help with my problem, Samsung quit communicating with me. I gave up and told Amazon I had a defective TV. Amazon was great, immediately arranged a return pick up at my home and full refund. Samsung Customer Care was not at all helpful. I will try again to buy another TV from Amazon.Ver másVer menos

Flimsy quality, otherwise future proof features
Great TV for modern standards. I upgraded from an older Samsung that supported Sound Connect, a shame I can't use my older soundbar (I mean not that old) with that option now I have to use Bluetooth and it take longer to initialize.Build quality is not the same as the older. It's more flimsy. I suppose that makes it lighter, but it flexes.Overall, it's not a bad value for it's size, it was 600 at one point, and good thing I waited for it to drop. features are awesome, connecting to SmartThings and all that. I guess it should be compatible with older stuff, and the quality could use like aluminum for stiffnessVer másVer menos

AI helped on my decision
Got to be of course a little bit of a geek to set these new TV sets up. But I love Samsung TV’s Picture is great. Sound that comes through my Bluetooth speakers is awesome. I ask Grok about these TV’s and that helped on my decision to get the Qled

It is an amazing product. Our old TV’s picture was going bad. Our grandson recommended this TV based on room size exterior light on screen and our previous TV was a Samsung so we would be use to brand
