Great alternative to free weights. Easy to store and they provide enough resistance to feel like a good workout.

Ok but other brand is much higher quality

They are as advertised. But they don't have inner cord that prevents snapping when the rubber breaks. Bodylastics has that safety feature and is much higher quality overall.
