  Good inexpensive solution to filter blue light for reduced eye strain

  These are simple and inexpensive glasses designed to reduce blue light which has been shown leads to more eye strain and delays mental shutdown prior to sleep. They have no magnification to the lens so if you already wear glasses these are not a good option. The price is low for two pair and the size should fit most average heads. The style is fairly generic with clear plastic frames. I don't know if the lens are shatterproof but if they are they might also be used for pickleball eye protection when you don't need tinted sunglass lens.Ver másVer menos

  SO CUTE and surprisingly comfortable

  As a person that is constantly in front of a screen (and in front of four for much of my day), I NEED blue light glasses. I’ve done a good amount of research on the effects that blue light exposure has on sleep and have actively been trying to cut down my exposure. Having said that, I am a bit of a fashionista and cognizant of my appearance, so I wanted some fashionable blue light blockers. This two pack definitely fit my aesthetic and gave me the ability to coordinate my specs with the outfit of the day.When they arrived, they were in a singular box but wrapped securely to prevent damage. The packaging came complete with a little blue light and a blue light test card as well.The glasses themselves were good quality and had the appearance of standard eyeglasses albeit a bit lighter. The lenses were clear and didn’t seem to hamper my vision at all. After testing them with the card and provided light, I determined that they do block the light well.I did additional testing utilizing the test card and other household screens to see if I could emulate the results and didn’t find anything that put off enough blue light to have any effect on the card. Having said that, I’m going to say the card testing is inconclusive in my book. While the glasses prevent that specific shade of blue light, I can’t prove that it’s not only effective on that shade of light (since no other item created a reaction).What I will say is that the glasses are comfortable and look nice. Their quality exceeds the price and after a few days of testing them, my eyes don’t feel as tired at the end of the night. I would certainly recommend them to others and will definitely have to purchase more because my teenagers keep trying to steal these two.Ver másVer menos

  Chic, minimalist glasses

  I chose the Geamoi 2-Pack Blue Light Filter Glasses in the black and tortoise colors. I wear blue light blocking glasses for work daily since I'm on a computer and/or my phone the majority of my day. I own several pairs and switch up my glasses daily, depending on my mood.These glasses are a classic, minimalist style. The frames are light and sleek, yet seem well-constructed and durable. It doesn't feel like the lenses are going to pop out when you clean them. The hinges move easily, and the arms are firmly attached. Both frames are glossy, and appear exactly as pictured in the listing photos. The frame material is smooth without any rough areas or defects. The lenses are clear, containing no foggy patches or scratches, and seem to have an anti-reflective finish which makes them virtually invisible. A storage bag is not provided, however, they do come in little resealable plastic bags that I will use for storage. A lens cleaning cloth and blue light testing card accompany these glasses.I tested the blue light card both with and without the lenses in front of it, and the card does not turn purple when the lenses are blocking it. I'm not certain of the reliability of this test, however, it was a fun experiment!These feel comfortable on my face and do not cause any sore areas while wearing. My only grievance is that the lenses do have a somewhat visible yellow tint, both in-person and in virtual settings. I own a few other blue light blocking pairs with yellow-tinted lenses and I never reach for them because I do not prefer this look. I may still continue to wear these as the lenses are not as tinted as some of the other pairs I own, but I'm still a little disappointed about this. If this is something that doesn't bother you, though, these are a fantastic pair of glasses for an unbelievable price (currently about $8 on Amazon for a two pack!).Ver másVer menos

  Lessen eye fatigue

  I chose the clear and clear pink blue light glasses. they're rectangle shaped which goes well for a round shape face. I have a small head so they fit nicely and comfortably even after work. There is a light yellow tint and I notice feeling less eye strain, eye fatigue, headaches when using it. I'll try to wear it more consistently to see the difference. I think the somewhat yellow tint helps versus other blue light glasses with no tint at all. They look cute and I'm happy with the product and I'm using it more often.Ver másVer menos

  Comfortable blue light glasses

  These glasses fit well on a smaller face and feel comfortable even after long wear. They have a slight tint that seems to help with eye strain and fatigue during screen time. For the price, they are a simple and functional option for reducing eye discomfort.

  Perfectly transparent without distortion

  Blocking blue light increases the production of melatonin and melatonin makes you sleepy. I tried these and they work great. Wear them for at least the last half hour of screen time and you’ll soon be tiring and ready for bed. The frames are also large enough to slip over conventional reading glasses, albeit a bit bulky, but they do the job. Blue light blocking glasses have been attributed to helping out against a number of problems including eye strain, headaches and dry eyes. However, the biggest benefit is the production of melatonin. TV screens, computers, tablets and phones all give off blue light so if you use these late at night/in bed you have discovered the perfect recipe for staying up all night. These are the ideal fix, lightweight and perfectly transparent without distortion. You won’t notice you’re wearing them and you’ll soon be sleeping soundly.Ver másVer menos

  Cute and effective blue light glasses

  These look exactly like the photos and are really flattering, especially the grey pair. They’re a nice change from basic black frames and still look professional enough for work.I did order a size that’s a little too small, so they feel slightly snug right now, but the hinges are a bit stiff and I think they’ll loosen up with wear. Aside from that, the build quality feels solid for the price.They do help reduce eye strain when I’m working at my laptop for long periods. They also include a small blue light test card and light, which actually lets you see the lenses blocking the blue light.   Lightweight feel with modern design

  Doesn't overpower with yellow tint

  Provides adequate blue light protection without being overbearing on the yellow tint it provides to the user. I always feel like in this category it becomes blatantly obvious that companies just try to overpower the light they're trying to mitigate with super yellow tinted glasses, and it throws off the picture more than the protection.This is one is not the case though. I feel it also will fit most nose bridges, and its a unisex style. I've played a bunch of video games for multiple 3 hour sessions, and this doesn't hurt wearing it for that long.
