  Love it

  If you are just starting out this is a perfect little kit. it has everything you need and a few things you do not know you need yet. it comes in a small bag thats perfect for crafters on the go. lots and lots of room in this little bag with tons of pockets. yes the balls of yarn are a bit small, but this is a starter kit so you are just learning thus making them an excellent size.there is a bunch of yarn in a wide array of colors. you get the regular metal hooks but you also get the same hooks with a rubber grip which is goo for clumbsy people like me. this kit is so worth the money. In time you will move on to bigger and better things but even then the hooks are pretty standard. if fact i was wrong youh wont outgrow this kit you will just add on to it. if you want to learn the art of Crocheting this is a perfect kit to learn on.Ver másVer menos

  Crochet kit

  I bought this for my 12 year old daughter birthday. She opened it yesterday and loved all that it included. She has been crocheting for 3 months and she's already made a baby blanket and some cute creatures. The storage container has lots of room.   Pretty good item

  I think this works good. This is my first time crocheting, and I think it comes with everything you need. The yarn isn’t that thick. I’m still getting used to it but it works pretty well. Instructions are clear, I also watched some YouTube videos as well.

  Keep the Bag & Hooks, Throw Out the Rest

  I’m brand new to crochet and wanted to get something organized to travel with instead of throwing yarn and hook inside my purse like a knot mess. The bag itself is fine, fits a lot inside and has more pockets than a pair of cargo shorts. The hooks are great - very comfortable to hold. I like the needles but the stitch markers are a little flimsy and one of them snapped after a few uses. The measuring tape doesn’t always roll nearly back into the holder. I’ve found that dancing with it a little until it begrudgingly crawls back inside helps. Might not always help rewind the tape measure, but it helps my mood.The yarn is dreadful. 3 stitches in and it is already unraveling along with my hopes and dreams. Tried a couple different hook sizes and the same thing happens: yarn unravels faster than you can say “inconceivable”. Can’t even get a magic ring started without the strands fraying. The scissors are impressively terrible. I bought some Woobles kits and began those while waiting for this bag to come in. No joking - it took 20 snips of these scissors just to cut through the Woobles thread. You would have better luck cutting thread with a butter knife, honestly. I gave up using them after the second time the blades popped out of their holder. Those little blades cut my patience far better than they ever cut yarn.The bag and hooks make this a decent purchase and I like the little needle holder, but I’d recommend saving yourself the hassle and order different yarn and scissors. I dumped the yarn and scissors like they’d insulted my family. Instead, I kept the hooks and filled up the bag with all the extra yarn, hooks, needles, and stitch markers I had left over from Woobles kits. Much better!Ver másVer menos
