Quiet, no problems, cats love it
This thing is very quiet. My cats drink so much water now it's amazing. It's very large and holds a lot of water. On that note it is slightly heavy when full of water and does not have any easy grips to hold it. You have to be careful if you fill it somewhere else and transport it to where it'll be set up. I feel mine in the sink so I can clean it each time I need to fill. After filling it the basin is pretty heavy and a little awkward to carry since it's smoothVer másVer menos

Great Buy!
I expected this to be a dud, but my two cats love it (especially the old gal with problem kidneys). Fountain is quiet, even when the water level is low. Cleaning was surprisingly easy, assembly was a breeze.

Quiet and clean
I’ve had two plastic models before the stainless steel one. This one is definitely cleaner and keeps the pink mold at bay if I clean it every two weeks and the girls love it. Meow!

Works well.
This was not difficult to put together and runs silently. However, my cat would not use it. I think my cat was just afraid of it. Had he used it I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Adorable
At first my little cat was unsure of this new gadget but now she loves licking the water as it pours down from the cute little fountain. I have friends whose cats like drinking water from a faucet and this is the same idea. I feel better knowing the water is less likely to become stagnant even in a short time.Ver másVer menos

Great Fountain - Better and Safer Than Plastic
I bought this to replace another stainless steel fountain that had a plastic spout that was very difficult to clean. There were a lot of filter parts that were also difficult to clean. It would get slimy quickly and dead not healthy for my cat.I love this new fountain!! It is very quiet and has a big reservoir. It is so easy to clean and is dishwasher safe. I hand wash it to prevent not having it for my cat for a period of time, and it is very easy to hand wash. Just make sure you clean around the inside of the window to prevent any buildup. The stainless steel parts do not get moldy or slimy if you clean it regularly. The filters are easy to install and change. The entire filter piece comes apart to clean, is easy to clean, and it is easy to put back together. Be sure to clean it each time you replace the filter to prevent mold. The filters keep the water clean as advertised. You can buy lower cost replacements. My cat wasn't sure about the blue light on the front at first. She seemed scared of it, but she soon got used to it.It does get a tad louder as the water level gets to the refill line. Not loud, but serves as a reminder as well.I highly recommend this fountain for a cat or small dog. The size is great for one and requires less refilling, but could easily be enough for two cats.Ver másVer menos

MY KITTY TOOK ALMOST TWO DAYS TO RECOGNIZE THIS AS HER NEW WATER BOWL...
I found the Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel instructions to be a bit lacking, but finally got it right on my 3rd attempt. Cat owners should all know that cats are not particulary fond of changes in their environment, cats are extremely sensitive to envionmental changes... particularly when it comes to FOOD AND WATER! I believe on day two - after I physically put her chin in the bowl - she finally realized that it was her water source now, after 8 yearss of a having a bottle fed bowl. Once I correctly completed the assembly it worked great. I found no signs of leakage, and stainless steel is easily cleanable. The lighting makes it easy to see when the water level is lower than full, and it is easily refillable by whatever means is your choice.Overall, this Cat Water Fountain Stainless Steel, is priced extremely well, and I would RECOMMEND it and this vendor to anyone looking for a cleaner way to water their kitties.Ver másVer menos

Doesn't work
I got this fountain in April and it quit working. After that I gave it a 1 star review, but I wanted to change that. I emailed the company and they answered and made everything right and for that I am changing my review to 5 star. In this day and age for this company to show such awesome customer service, they deserve a 5star. Thank you.Ver másVer menos

Best fountain I have bought yet!!
Love this! Been using cat fountains for a while and it really does make a difference to how much my cat drinks! This one is a breeze to clean! I’ve had several plastic ones and they have so many nooks and cranny’s where mould breeds they are a nightmare - but this one is super smooth stainless steel so no little nooks for it to build. It’s not loud but you can def hear running water due to the tap type feature. As the cat drinks more and more the sound get louder as you hear it essentially drip back into the bottom tray.Th pump is a game changer - so easy to take apart no screw driver needed so agin very easy to clean! The tray to drink from is large so very easy for the cat.I don’t much care for the blue light if I am honest but it does I suppose make it easier to see the water level at night. It doesn’t hold as much as my previous fountains but it’s still a very decent amount.
