  Like the look at night, but one died right away

  So, these don't look the greatest by day, but that's not the point. They are fun lights that sway in the evening breeze and light up our backyard. We placed them among our agaves, tall grasses and native plants and are enjoying the glow they give off when the sun goes down. Time will tell how long these last, overall, but we had one pretty much dead on arrival. It didn't go on right away the first night, so we turned it off and on and it went on for a bit, but then died soon after (the others stayed on almost until morning). I tried to get the one to turn on again on over the next few days, but it never did. Not sure if I'll get any more.UPDATE: Added a star for great customer service. I received a communication from the company regarding my issues with this product and they offered a refund or replacement order. I appreciate a company that takes care of their customers.   Why the blinking lights when not mention and not a full refund jiamanstore......???!!!

  First of all, these start the blinking as soon as they are plugged in.So. Every. Single. Time. You. Have. To RESET!!!!!!!!! UGH!! UGH!!! AND UGH!!! WTF!!!If you have more than one set you have to reset every time you turn them on. Does not work well for a Christmas tree or multiple strings. If four strings are used, four different times you have to reset. Extremely frustrating jiamanstore.Do they mention this in the description? NO! It just describes these lights as having 8 different modes. Not that the set reverts back to the pulsing light mode. I just want to unplug my lights at night and in the morning, plug them back in and not have reset every strand.Why wouldn't a company (jiamanstore) use common sense and make the first mode a non-blinking mode? And why wouldn't said company (jiamanstore) make that said light string stay on the last mode it was set on? WHY jiamanstore?!I've used different sets of LED strings and these are by far the worst jiamanstore.The last comment is that this company did not refund the full amount. Why I ask? Not sure. I only took them out of the box, plugged them in, set the mode, unplugged them and plugged them back in to see if the stationary mode would stay the same. Since they didn't, I put them back in the box. Mind you, I never unravelled them, just carefully put them back in the box.The cost of the lights $22.99. The refund $18.45!I really don't think that a $4.54 deficit is the best way to do business jiamanstore.This company, jiamanstore could and should do better.Ver másVer menos
