  Love the Superquad r7 TP look!

  First off I played from 2002-2008. My favorite driver back then was the Taylormade r7 Superquad TP. At my best, I was a 7.5 handicap. My natural swing path was a draw flight. Due to career changes I had to stop playing but returned in late 2024.Without getting refitted, for the next year, I went through around 20 different shafts and 16 different driver heads. My draw flight with fairway woods, hybrids and irons is still there but I've struggled with driver. At the current time, my gamers are Callaway Elyte and Quantum Triple Diamond Max Drivers with Tensei 1k Black Shaft. With some tweaks, my draw path with my driver has come back and most of my yardage. I'm content but I couldn't resist not trying out the Qi4D Core Model since it reminded me of the r7 Superquad TP Driver. My all time favorite driver!At a glance, roughly 20 swings, two rounds of golf played, I've experienced the following: The sound is still somewhat muted (carbon face). It's a fairly forgiving model. I can produce a small draw. Hitting straight shots are fairly predictable but the fades are amazing. Even though most reviews claim it's draw bias driver, I was shocked by the added distance with fades. I enjoy the look and feel. Off center hits are felt but not as punishing as previous models due to the newly designed bulging face. I think it's a sharp looking driver and naturally, I enjoy having the 4-adjustable weight ports. I did pull out the stock shaft and replaced it with me Tensei 1k Black Shaft. At 61 y/o, I'm happy with an carry of 227 with rollout to 254.As of today, many online reviewers are giving the new models Taylormade Qi45 (core model) and Callaway Quantum Triple Diamond Max high marks with the 2024 Titleist GT 2 & 3 still being a favorite by many.If you're looking for an upgrade and want the latest version, I would definitely look at this one, but more importantly, go get your swing checked before buying to get the best fit for you and your swing.   Perfect purchase!

  What a game changer this driver is! I went from using a 12* offset driver to this, and what a difference! Drives stay much lower, longer, and most importantly-straight! I love this club.
