Great for Small adults!
Stats first: nearly 60 5’3 and 98lbs. I’m little and a regulate size cuff is still to big leaving about 8-10” of a tail and covering nearly the entire portion of my arm shoulder to elbow.I had been noticing my doctors office and the hospitals (when I’ve needed attention) have started using a small cuff over the last couple years. So I made the decsion to find one I could use at home. The cuff works beautifully, comes with many adapters to use with different machines. Compare ends carefully, they may look alike but the tips might be different sizes or shapes. It’s very easy to use, a smaller amount of extra material (maybe 3-4”).This cuff will work well for other small adults or children (although very small children might need a smaller size). Measure to be sure you are getting the correct size.My measurements for my BP are reading consistently accurate for me. It appears well made and I am happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos

Extra large blood pressure cuff
Took this one to my docs office and got the ok to use. It does come with additional attachments to make sure it fits with your equipment. The fit for me was decent. I weigh 280, and my arms are a bit big in size. But this fit! I thought about getting the large one, but I think I wouldve been disappointed. Haven't had any complications with this. So far too good for the value.Ver másVer menos

Small arm cuff
I have an Omron bp machine and this cuff had a direct connector for the machine and is fully compatible. My wife has small arms and the cuff size works very well.

Perfect Fit - Accurate Readings
Fits my 250lb bodybuilder husband's arm and compatable with the Omron reader we bought.Something I learned - it is important to use the correct size cuff for your arm whether that be larger or smaller for accurate blood pressure readings. If normal cuffs barely fit or don't fit at all, get this one.In combination with the reader we bought, it read within 2 points of both an automated reader and manual checking at his doctor's office. Great accuracy. Reliable.Ver másVer menos

Errors out every time
Got the XL cuff. Didn’t work for me. Gave me an error code every single time I used it in my upper arm. Only got one reading and it was on my forearm, which seemed inaccurate. Also, none of the connectors are a perfect match.

Runs big
Cuff is for a large arm, so its a little big. But works for daily use.
