Lightweight and Large screen
We bought this LG gram 17 for my wife to use for work, and it has been an excellent choice.The biggest advantage is the combination of a huge 17-inch screen and surprisingly low weight. You get all the benefits of a large display for work and multitasking, but the laptop is still light enough to carry around comfortably. That combination is probably my favorite thing about it.Performance is fast and smooth, and there is plenty of memory for everyday work and multitasking. The touchscreen is also a great addition and makes the laptop even more convenient to use.Overall, if you want a large-screen laptop for work but don’t want to carry around a heavy machine, the LG gram 17 is an excellent choice. Lightweight, Fast, and a Pleasure to Use — But the Touchpad Needs Work
I really like this laptop. The lightweight design is outstanding — my previous 17 inch machine was a beast comparatively, and the Gram feels almost effortless to carry and very comfortable on my lap. Performance and storage capacity easily meet my needs, and transferring all my apps and data went smoothly, with only a few minor “extra effort” moments for certain applications. Overall, I’m very pleased with how it serves my purposes.However, the touchpad is noticeably oversensitive. When typing, I have to keep my right hand lifted slightly to avoid brushing the pad; otherwise, the cursor jumps to wherever the pointer happens to be. My previous laptop allowed me to rest my hand lightly over the touchpad without any issues. I’ve tried adjusting sensitivity settings, but so far nothing has solved the problem.Despite that flaw, this is still an excellent laptop — fast, lightweight, and enjoyable to use. The touchpad issue keeps it from being a perfect 5 star device, but it’s a solid 4 star machine overall.Ver másVer menos

Lightweight and reliable
This is our 4th LG gram. We have purchased one for each kid for college. The oldest one was purchased in 2020 and we have never had a problem with any of them. They are all still being used. They say their friends all comment on how light it is. Perfect when you have to lug it around campus.Ver másVer menos

only good for 1 month -- this sucks
+computer kept on crashing 3x per day unprovoked---first month of use was fine no crashing but crashing - started 3 weeks ago despite uninstalling and re installing windows updates-- unfortunately,1 months out from return date

Very light. Way too much dependence on updates.
This laptop has a some real benefits. Mostly it is light and easy to carry around. This is huge. You can also get an Anker power adapter that is small and light. My biggest gripe is with LG. The updates are relentless. Every couple of days there is an update. Sometimes, inexplicably, it updates on its own and then reboots without asking.Ver másVer menos

Excellent products and supplies
Excellent product, unfortunately my son bought from another supplier. I contacted this seller for a return and refund, and all was done within a week. I would definitly recommend this seller.

Getting to know LG-Gram laptop as old tower computer replacement.
The LG Gram laptop appears to be a good replacement for my old tower computer. But it takes some time to get to know how to use its features, just a lot different than the old tower computer. But it is fast and has lots of storage, transferring files has been easy, hooked up to my big monitor easily. But haven't yet got it hooked up to the old computer speakers. Outstanding Laptop.
Outstanding. Everything is excellent. Powerful and very light. Really, lighter than you see it. It come without preinstalled Office 365 with annual prescription but Amazon resolved issue upon my call to support. It could be reason that laptop was delivered as LG assembled and sealed by LG.
