Retro Game Console with 30 Classic Games, HDMI TV Box with 2 Controllers | Envi

Maybe fun for kids
I was not blown away by the quality of the games in this box. Don't expect to recognize any of the games included on this. They look like 8-bit knockoffs of more well-known games. Maybe some of them were only released non-american markets. It has some half baked global match online multiplayer function, but I couldn't get it to work. The server is set to Russian and I wasn't able to change it.That being said, everything works. The buttons work on the controllers. It was easy to plug in and get going. Quality of the graphics are 8-bit.Overall disappointed with this unit, there is better value out there at this price point.Ver másVer menos

Not what pictured
This is definitely not user friendly. Tried to use it but could only see a couple games compared to the number they say you have access to - with no clear directions

Check game titles for retro games you like. Not very popular games from where I am from.
Decent all-in-one set up, the games included are very retro/classic and low quality graphics & sound quality. If you've heard of any of these games and they bring back a some memories this might be a good mini console for you. Not a bad value for the 30 games. Easily sets up via HDMI to any TV or projector and the remotes work well. The operating system interface works well and you are able to save game states mid game. Very similar to a rom emulator but in a closed all-in-one system. The remotes are AAA battery powered and connect via USB dongle, so it's possible they can be used for other systems. Functionally this is a nice mini console, However, I'm not a fan of these games.Ver másVer menos

Only one remote works
Love the colors! However, only one really works. We have put multiple remotes and the green one seems to have an issue. Not sure how that happens!

Hit and miss
The NBCP Retro Game Console offers a nostalgic trip, but with a few caveats. While it boasts a variety of games, many were unrecognizable, which may disappoint some users seeking specific titles. The included controllers work, but the controls for the games felt odd and took some getting used to. On the plus side, the console includes two controllers for multiplayer fun, and the design is reminiscent of classic consoles.Ver másVer menos

Easy to use
This little plug and play system is very easy to use.Comes with preloaded games that is more friendly for teenagers and adults as opposed to kids based off the games of choice on there. It is easy to connect to any HDMI TV or monitor. It is fun and easy to use.I can recommend it to anyone who would like this, but are on a budget to enjoy some retro games.Ver másVer menos
