  SUPER SOFT AND COMFY

  This is probably my fourth or fifth purchase of these socks. They are SOOOO comfortable and cool. The pack of pastels I just got are bright, cheerful and will go with everything for the summer (yellow, pink, blue, teal, lavender). If you have feet that tend to swell from time to time, these are your answer. This bamboo viscose fabric is amazing- it stretches without cutting into feet/legs. It has a lot of benefits such as aeration, moisture wicking, regulates the temperature and acts as an antibacterial since it inhibits bacteria and odors. You won't believe how good these feel on; cool, soft, so comfy. They seem to last a lot longer than regular socks. I still have the ones I purchased about 5 years ago and they haven't stretched out or lost their shape. EVEN IF YOU DON'T HAVE DIABETES OR NEUROPATHY-BUY A BOX OF THESE SOCKS!   I was shocked and completely impressed!

  I am very particular about the socks that I wear; I have many health issues: diabetes, NASH, Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS, a rare blood cancer) that affect my feet and ankles, causing them to stay swollen all the time. I have tried multiple types of socks in the past. They all failed to accommodate my needs for comfort, softness, and leaving deep indentations around my ankles.I have to say, the Pembrook Diabetic Socks really surprised me.The material is so soft and comfortable on my skin; it felt airy, and it did not irritate the tops of my feet like everything else I had tried.The thickness of the socks, I believe, allows them to be worn year-round. My feet did not sweat during the hottest part of the day, and they remained dry the whole time.They are made of a durable material that feels like they will last a long time.I don't know if they are non-slip; I don't walk around in my socks period.I ordered the women's medium size because I wear a 9.5 wide shoe, and they fit perfectly on my feet, even with the swelling. They were very easy to slip on (and off) when I wore them.I put them on and pushed the tops down like the scrunchy socks we wore in the 80s; I waited for the tightness, the pain, and the burning. It never came. Don't get me wrong, there were indentations on my ankles, but the compression was so light that I could barely feel it with my fingers on my right ankle. My left ankle had a bit more indentation, but that's because my left foot and ankle are about 3X larger than normal. However, when I ran my fingers across the indentations, there was no pain, no pins & needles, and no burning, which was a major plus for me.I give these socks a great rating of 10 out of 5. I do and would highly recommend these socks to anyone with diabetes, edema, or plantar fasciitis. I will be buying more in different colors as the seasons change.Ver másVer menos

  They are great for circulation, non binding.

  They are so soft and comfortable, colors are nice with my leggings. Helps with the swelling in my lower extremities. Great purchase

  Nice and Stretchy

  Stretchy. These are comfortable socks that stretch. My mother has a medical condition which causes her ankles and calves to swell, these don't leave compression marks, but stretch with the swelling. They are thick and soft. They do look a bit masculine, but they're socks so function is more important. They haven't snagged or unraveled.Ver másVer menos

  Nice socks but testing the toe seam

  The socks are very soft and comfortable. The pastel colors are pretty. There is no binding on my calf. They are staying up right now. There is a seam that goes across the toe area. Seams usually bother my toes. I can feel it, but it is not uncomfortable right now. I can feel the seam more on my left foot, so the neuropathy in that foot must be more intense. I will wear a pair all day and see if the seam irritates over time. I plan to wear these socks with Teva sandals rather than closed toe shoes which might make the seam less uncomfortable. Hopefully they will not be too hot when the temperature is over 90. The socks will help in stores and restaurants when the air conditioning is too cold. I picked the colorful socks so it looks more like a "fashion statement" rather than the typical seamless white or black diabetic socks that look like I'm covering up my toes (which I am-ha! ha!) It is difficult to do my own pedicures, and I can't tolerate the chemical odors in nail salons. I will give an update about the seam later.Ver másVer menos

  Soft, comfortable, fit my big feet.

  I love these socks. I am not diabetic, i do not have any foot problems and I am not obese. But i do have big feet and I was tired of buying regular size socks that were too small, and socks that were tight and left marks on my legs, or scrunched up my toes uncomfortably. These are very soft and the large size fit my big feet. I have been wearing them all summer, sometimes at long days walkimg outdoors in the heat. They scrunch down around my ankles so never slip into my shoe like some no show or anklet socks do when they are too small and they have not been hot. I wonder how i will like them in the winter when I am wearing long pants and they scrunch around my ankles. I have only had them this summer. I machine wash them in cold water and hang to dry but you can put them in the dryer. They seem very durable. I ordered a second set because I like them so much and got rid of socks I didnt like.Ver másVer menos

  Genuine Pembook bamboo diabetic socks - not the inferior imitations that many sell online

  Excellent genuine Pembrook bamboo/viscose diabetic socks. I previously bought what were supposed to be the same socks from another seller, but they arrived loose in an envelope with no proper packaging and were clearly inferior. These are the genuine Pembrook product. Very well made, soft, warm, and extremely comfortable. The ankle fit is properly loose as diabetic socks should be, without being tight or restrictive. Even wearing my plastic Crocs all day, my feet stay warm without becoming sweaty or clammy - those socks let the skin breathe. Very impressed with the quality. Thank you.Ver másVer menos

  Elastic cuts off circulation

  So tight around the top my feet turned white, even though I tried to snip the elastic.
