This bluetooth adapter saved me from returning a new PC that had a defective bluetooth chip
I purchased this Bluetooth adapter for a new gaming pc that I recently purchased that had a defective onboard bluetooth chip. To be honest, this was my last ditch effort to save the PC from being returned.This adapter was so easy to use, simply disable the onboard Bluetooth and plug this Bluetooth adapter into a free USB port and since it is Plug&Play, my Win11 OS recognized it and it started working right away.I also noticed that the bluetooth range is much better with this adapter.I'm quite pleased with the performance and would highly recommend!Ver másVer menos

Works plug-and-play on modern Windows
On Windows 10/11 → it’s basically plug → wait a few seconds → doneWindows auto-installs drivers most of the time, no setup needed

Easy-to-use
Very easy to set up functions good with head phones, and wireless speakers. Haven't tried any other devices

Install difficult for me, but works perfectly!
Was difficult to get set up on my pc. Had to completely disable my broken Bluetooth drivers that came on my pc. Directions seemed like they're for an older version of windows. But it works perfectly and came with some cute stickers.

Surprisingly sufficient
Works great! Was suspicious at the quality for such a low price, but I've found it works great! Really does just plug-and-play, no drivers immediately needed or anything (though you'll inevitably want to download them). Clear and uninterrupted connection, and connects to multiple devices at once, as advertised. No complaints!Ver másVer menos

Worked perfectly right out of the box!
Only been using for a few days but so far, tickled to death that I bought it. I have a newer HP laptop which has Bluetooth---until it doesn't. I'm a loyal customer of HP products in spite of the fact that every one has had some sort of audio problem that I, nor their customer support, could solve. Really sad that my little Bluetooth audio devices wouldn't work properly with this laptop as it would only work intermittently, if at all. Sometimes I'd go to look at the driver & it appeared I had NO Bluetooth at all!I debated for a few months as to whether a $10 product would actually work. Then, I thought, why not?It came in a sturdy box with a fitted inner pack. The outside of the box had an URL where there were instructions on how to install. Apparently, you can download their software or plug it right in. I chose the latter. Right out of the box, this little USB device worked it's magic & I'm back to listening to music in any part of my house (I've usually been no more than 60' away from my laptop while in use & it's a 100 year old house with heavy bones & thick plaster walls).What a great invention! Would recommend to anyone having Bluetooth problems or wanting to add Bluetooth to their computer capabilities.Ver másVer menos

Great for devices without bluetooth
I lost Bluetooth capability on my laptop recently due to a motherboard malfunction. This turned out to be the perfect solution for my problem. Works great and connects automatically to devices like air pods, speakers, and other Bluetooth headsets. Very good size and has range comparable to what I had before.
