  Can't beat the price

Comes out of the box with lots of back drag, but Lucas oil semi-synthetic assembly lube makes it buttery smooth. The head is easy to disassemble with a t6 bit for cleaning and lubing, and is as low profile as you can get for 3/8" drive. The ratchet can still take a lot of torque for being low profile and 90t. I put probably 150lb-ft on it as soon as I got it to make sure everything was in working order, where you should be using 1/2" drive anyways, and it took it like a champ. The flex head indents are nice for getting the sockets on the bolts, but not so stiff that it limits your ratchet's movement. Like another reviewer mentioned, the ratchet does not have a perfectly flat position, which annoys my OCD like crazy. Despite this, because of the buttery smooth ratcheting and flex head mechanisms, it's my favorite ratchet to use currently. Can't beat it for the cost.Ver másVer menos

  The price in the performance

That's ratchet I found for $20. Can use a little bit of TLC on it but other than that it's a solid ratchet would buy again

  Immediately failed

The switch on the head of the socket wrench failed within minutes and before I could even use it to do anything. It got stuck in the off position and cannot be moved at all . I have never had hand tool fail before in my entire life. I cannot recommend this wrench.Ver másVer menos

  Not bad

This is a pretty nice rachet. The head does move a little to easy and it has to move a little far to reset but otherwise it worked good when I used it to change the plugs in the wife’s outback. Which is a pain in the arse.

A must have for mech's tool collection

Light and well built. Sturdy for its weight. Sneaks it's way in tight spaces well and allows itself to ratchet off bolts due to its superb teeth count. Great addition to my toolbox and I always look for an excuse to use it first over the other 3/8" ratchets I have.Ver másVer menos

  Honestly .....

I'm just gonna be honest....For the money... It's great. For the design and such , great. For the functionality of it, not so greatSometimes the ratchet, internally, gets stuck in one direction , the wrong direction, or slap dead in the middle to the point where it won't move. It's been several times where I've had to slap it on the ground to get it to unlock. I shouvke returned it months ago for a refund , but it's already paid for itself since I've had it.I will buy another but I'm not sure if from this maker...Ver másVer menos

Unexpected Quality Issues from a Trusted Brand

Unfortunately, my experience hasn’t been great.Right out of the box, the tool had noticeable scratches, which made it feel like it might have been previously used or poorly handled during packaging. For a new product, that’s already disappointing. The ratchet itself has a slim design, which I liked in theory for tight spaces. However, there is noticeable side-to-side play in the head, which affects confidence when using it—especially for mechanical work where precision matters.Overall, the build quality doesn’t match what I expected for the price. Between the cosmetic issues and the looseness in the mechanism, I can’t rely on it the way I need to.Ver másVer menos
