I cannot recommend this product enough! Tried and true to its claim! My hair loss was so bad and made me so insecure. I’ve been consistent for the last year and I see a huge difference. Yes some hair still sheds in the shower but not at all how it used to. The gummy tastes good, easy to digest and the clean ingredients makes it an all around win. Actually effective
I bought this for hair growth due to medical conditions that causes hair loss. It does work. I also noticed that my lashes are longer when I take these as well. I wish they were cheaper, but I will still continue to buy them despite the high price tag because they’re effective. When I stopped taking them for about 3 weeks, my eyelashes were actually shorter so I repurchased the gummies.My hair has grown out since taking these, but about 4 inches over a year. I am mid 30s with hyperthyroidism. I took medication for my diagnosis, and when told to stop taking them lost about a quarter of my hair. Now I shed hair a lot daily, but at least it’s also growing consistently where I don’t feel like big bird with baby hairs sticking up.Ver másVer menos

Highly recommend
I love these vitamins! I just finished my first bottle and I can HONESTLY say I see a difference in my hair AND skin! I swear my hair feels fuller and I’ve been getting compliments about my skin glowing. The only thing I changed is taking these vitamins! I just subscribed to get them monthly- can’t wait to see results after more than just 1 month!Also- they do smell weird, but the taste isn’t bad- I don’t mind it at all! Big "gob," awful flavor and "aroma"
It pains me to give negative feedback on any company that truly supports healthful vegan products, but I'm most unhappy about this one. I agree with the one-star reviews which reference a "big gob" and all the gummies stuck together, very difficult to remove, even with a sharp knife.I keep all my supplements in a cool, dry place. This never should have happened. I also agree the odor and flavor are awful.I have spent hundreds of dollars, if not more, on this company's products. I now wonder about quality control and whether these products are third-party tested. I am furthermore disappointed to read how difficult it is to work with MaryRuth's customer service. Not sure I'll even try.Will think twice about other MaryRuth products I've been buying. Travels well, no refrigeration
Love the gummy version! The liquid is ok but the dummies travel well, and dont have to be refrigerated! They taste better than the liquid too!

It works and my hair feels fuller after 5 months.
Love the Mary Ruth’s liquid vitamins! I could feel the difference in my hair after about 2 months of use. My skin improved and my nails are growing like weeds! I am 63 and always had very fine straight hair and have kept it short for that reason. Hair changes after menopause, and while I did not feel I was “losing” my hair I did feel it was just not the same. Liquid vitamins and supplements have always been my preference. I have some digestive issues and high motility, so the absorption of liquids is important for my body. Pills just don’t have a chance to digest completely. I don’t know what this magic is but my hair feels thicker and fuller than ever and I’ve been using it pretty steadily for about 5 months now.
