Great Station
Perfect work out station. Doesn't wobble. Pretty sturdy. Best part for me. Just workout. Only one part you may have to move. All body weight exercises. As an older person ease of doing a routine is important to me.

Great unit for the price
I was able to complete assembly however the knee/back pad was defective. There wasn't a way to rig it to made it functional, so I contacted the seller and they offered me assistance promptly.

Just got this product and like a customer above said the set up instructions could be clearer. Set up took me little over 3 hrs. I think had instructions been clearer I could have finished quicker. I like the tools I got with the product. They were helpful, but I have a few extra parts that I can find no use for.I have the same knee pad/back rest issue mentioned by customer above. Wish it could be smoother, but I think it will get the job done. Also, it doesn't fit into the back rest section for when I want to do leg lifts.All in all, not bad for the price I got it for. It definitely feels stable.Ps: I'm female and I put it together myself, so maybe that's why it took as long as it did, maybe not 😀 - who knows.Ver másVer menos

It's Ok but with Compromises
Recently bought this station to replace another similar station I owned; here are my thoughts:- Assembly instructions were not great and could have been explained more clearly and explicitly, especially for some steps where an item can be assembled in a couple different ways and only one of them is correct. You can still figure it out though.- If you buy this, do NOT use the included wrenches for assembly. They are very thin and sharp, and as I was tightening nuts and bolts I ended up irritating nerves and the palm of my hand did not feel great for several days afterwards. Use your own tools and save yourself a bunch of unnecessary pain.- After assembling, I tested it and found it to be sturdy enough when hanging from the pullup bar (the metal was not elastically bending during reps, was a problem with the old station I had). That said the top part holding the pullup bar does wobble a bit front/back when not hanging from it and the connection could have been better designed (this was not a problem on the older station I owned).- The assisted pull up feature is nice. It can definitely be smoother but it'll get the job done.- Stability on the ground is definitely better with the circular discs at the base as well as the shape of the base. The old station I had would tip over sometimes.- For grips this only has soft ones in one spot on the pullup bar. I don't understand why all the other spots (other spots on pull up bar, dips, pushups etc.) don't have them. This is not a unique issue to this station though.- The biggest issue I've had with this is the cushion for assisted pullups is supposed to double as a backrest for doing leg raises etc. There are knobs you can screw/unscrew to move it from one location to the other. While it assembles fine into the assisted pullups position, it doesn't fit into the backrest position. This is a serious design error. While the product listing says we can contact them for support, I could not find any contact info in the instruction sheet or the ad listing. I hope the seller contacts me to follow up on this.- Finally, I got this at a nice discount. The relatively low price I paid can justify some imperfections, though not the cushion issue above.In summary, if you get it for a good price and are willing to live with the imperfections above, you can make it work.Ver másVer menos

Très décevante - Ne vaut pas l'investissement !
J'avais beaucoup d'espoir pour cette machine DIP, mais malheureusement, elle ne répond pas du tout à mes attentes.Trop bruyante : Le bruit qu'elle fait est insupportable ! C’est vraiment un des points les plus négatifs. Elle émet du bruit qui est désagréable pendant l’utilisation, ce qui la rend quasiment impossible à utiliser dans un environnement calme, même pour de courtes sessions. Ce son est un réel problème, surtout pour ceux qui cherchent à l'utiliser à la maison.Problèmes de performance : En plus du bruit, la machine ne fonctionne pas aussi bien que prévu. Le mécanisme coince souvent quand tu veux utilises le "banc" lors des DIPS, et les résultats ne sont pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Pour le prix, je m'attendais à une meilleure qualité de fabrication et de performance.Coût de retour élevé : Ce qui m'a vraiment déçu, c’est que le coût pour retourner la machine est presque aussi élevé que son prix d'achat. C’est une situation où l'on se sent coincé : soit vous gardez un produit qui ne vous satisfait pas, soit vous payez pour le renvoyer. Cela rend la situation encore plus frustrante, car on se retrouve à perdre de l'argent dans les deux cas.Autres considérations : Je trouve également que la machine est mal conçue en termes d’ergonomie. Le mécanisme du banc à roulette est à revoir, c'est trop bruyant et t'as le choix d'avoir un banc pour faire l'exercice ou le déplacer pour l'avoir dans le dos pour l'exercice des ABS. Il devrait avoir deux bancs, surement pour cette raison que certain disent qu'il manquait le banc lors de l'assemblement, pour en avoir deux. Ce n’est pas un produit intuitif, et l'assemblage est parfois compliqués.En résumé, je ne recommande pas du tout cette machine. Elle est trop bruyante, coûteuse pour ses performances et le retour est un vrai casse-tête. Il existe bien mieux à ce prix-là, donc je vous conseille de chercher ailleurs.Ver másVer menos
