6.9ft are long lol. My 10 yr old son looks so funny fishing with it. That being said this is an extremely great deal for two poles. Extremely smooth action with the reel and the collapsible poles are actually very convenient.

Very interesting, lightweight and practical. But after the first stretch, it no longer reduced the first part. It's no longer possible to store it in the bag for easy transport. Disappointing.
