  Great product and helpful damage return.

  The TV is great and works without issues. Ours isn't in direct sunlight, but it doesn't have a glare and can be viewed from all angles. We move ours home after the summer and I DO NOT recommend mounting it on a "rolling cart" (see picture of example) and leave it where the elements (major wind) can move it and it topples over cracking the screen. I worked directly with the seller and they ended up exchanging my broken TV with a new one, for a cost of course. I recommend removing any brackets on the back of the TV before returning because you may receive a new TV instead.Ver másVer menos

  Great quality picture while on in full Texas sun. Superb picture at night!! It’s perfect for our poolside fireplace! Remote can be a little laggy at times but other then that no complaints thus far!

  Won’t return TV after 3 months!!!

  I purchased a Sylvox outdoor TV in October. It stopped working after approximately four months, and the company sent a replacement unit. Unfortunately, that replacement also failed.When I requested a refund, the company declined and instead offered a second replacement. Given that two units have already failed, I have little confidence that a third would perform any differently.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product.   Great product, great customer service!

  Couldn’t say more good things about this product or company. I run a restaurant and we bought a bunch of these for our outdoor patio at a fraction of the cost of other outdoor TV’s. They outperform a couple of the expensive LG tvs we already had on our patio a literally for 1/4 of the price. We had an issue with the power supply on one TV after 2 years of daily 14 hour use and the customer service team sent me a brand new tv free of charge and I sent the old one back to them with a prepaid shipping label.   I bought the Sylvox Outdoor TV for our outdoor space, but it has quickly become our go-to screen for big game days, whether we are on the deck or inside.One of the best surprises was how simple the installation actually was. Despite the rugged build, getting it mounted was straightforward.While it’s built to live outside, we actually just brought it into the den to watch our favorite sporting events this winter.The Outdoor Performance: the brightness was fantastic.   Buy without reservations.

  Really ice so far. Not quite as bright as the TV it replaced but also was half the price. Well worth it. Good menu and apps are easy to download.
