Easy to incorporate into health routine
The ingredients in these is GREAT! Iron Free. Lutein for eye health. Normal 1 capsule delivery. No taste and no side effects. Take with Food like any multivitamin. It has its own blend of whole foods, so I always appreciate anyway to get more fruits and veggies into my diet-- albeit minimal. The only reason I gave it a 4/5 is the waste of plastic. I would rarely comment on something like this but it is an excessively large bottle for only 60 capsules. It could be reduced by 2/3s and have room in the bottle.Ver másVer menos

Good Choice For Me
I really like these vitamins. I don't always eat the best so they make up for the nutrition I don't get otherwise. I feel like I have more energy when I take them

great multi for seniors
This multivitamin has literally changed my senior parents' lives and boosted their energy levels. It's difficult to find a multi with bioactive methylated B vitamins to support those with the MTHFR mutation, and this multi has vitamins and minerals at the right levels (not too much). I am super picky about supplements and hardly write reviews, but this product is amazing.Ver másVer menos

Best find for my needs
I was looking for an iron-free multi that has 100% of the daily value of vitamins. Also, I wanted that much of Vitamin B6 because of a test result. This multi-vitamin comes in a capsule which I prefer to a tablet. I feel that it is the best find for my needs.
