High quality zinc for immune support

Great zinc supplement from NOW Foods! The picolinate form is highly bioavailable and easy on the stomach. I have noticed improved immune support and faster recovery. Good potency at 50mg. NOW Foods always delivers quality supplements at a fair price.

Supplement to help the skin

Supplement used on the recommendation of my dermatologist, since the acne pass leaves me spots it is more a systemic issue and yes it helped me a lot, in just 15 days I saw charming results. I use it three times a week
