It's great!! sound and picture quality is effected, but worth it.

I don't like leaving reviews- and I hate ordering from the smile company in general- but this phone case needs a review.I purchased this after I DESTROYED my last Pixel while paddleboarding. To that point, I'd never had an issue getting my phone wet (i've learned my lesson) and decided to look into actual waterproof options. This case has protected my phone from sand, water, scratches, paint, drops, falls, and downright rage. I've been STUNNED at the falls this phone has taken against a number of different surfaces. It's been dropped into rivers attached to a board tether. If you're trying to protect your gear, this is the phone case for you.THAT BEING SAID--- this case does impact the sound quality and picture quality. It's an all-enclosed unit and the camera cover does get foggy after a while. I'm thinking about replacing mine soon since the front camera cover has become a little scratched and dented - but if you are not concerned about that, this case should last you a very long time.I've been using it as my daily phone protector since June of 2025 and it's now February of 2026. It has ONLY just occurred to me to replace it because the front camera has a hard time focusing due to all of the sand I've likely gotten on it.The case itself, as long as it's securely closed and the charger port cover is intact (it has NEVER come close to falling off or breaking) will protect your phone.Ver másVer menos

  Great Quality and Perfect Fit

“Great case! It fits my Pixel 9 Pro XL perfectly. The case feels sturdy, looks good, and gives the phone good protection. I’m very happy with the quality and would recommend it.”

  BEST PHONE CASE EVER

I have to say I never leave reviews I just don't care to take the time to do it but I had to leave a review for this phone case so other people know how good it is. My baby was just playing with my phone sitting in a highchair and dropped it face down on the kitchen tile it made the most terrifying smack sound and I was convinced the screen had to be cracked. Nope. This isn't the first time that's happened either, I've been talking with my hands while holding it and threw it across the room it bounced off of the corners and was completely fine. But most impressive and I'm not making this up I dropped it in the pool it sank to the bottom of the shallow end maybe three or four feet and I bent down to pick it up so that took maybe 5 seconds it was underwater at least I took it out of the case and there was not one single drop of water on it I didn't even have to use a towel or anything to dry it off I just put it back in the case and it was fine. The case snaps shut to lock around the entire outside, it has rubber on the outside edges and is raised on the front cover around the edges so when it drops it doesn't drop right on the screen, and what was most important to me about this case is that it had a clear back so the collar of my phone could be seen because it's a really pretty creamy Pearl Rose color and looks beautiful with the black trim and light blue on the front cover, I would pay $100 for this phone case every day all day and I'm by no means well off. It's just amazing please buy it ASAPVer másVer menos

Check The Box For Many Small Pages of Instruction!

The install was difficult because the instructions are split between multiple small pieces of paper, with no indication that they are continued. There was a small row of round stickers that were labeled as being used to remove the protective covering, complete with a picture of the case and the protective layer being removed attached to each one. There was also one attached to the inside of the case, which lead me to believe that there was a protective coating inside. Removing that sticker left a ton of residue, and it wasn't until I was done cleaning it off that the third instruction sheet fell out telling me that I was supposed to apply that directly to my phone's fingerprint reader. So I then applied another one of those little round stickers, removed the backing, and stuck my phone in. Sure enough, the fingerprint reader did not work at all with that sticker. I then scraped the second sticker off, threw away that useless third set of instructions, and put the phone case together. It's all a bit smeary now in the sun because of those stupid stickers, but it all works now. I'll just have to open it up again at some point and clean up again. In the meantime it is still a good case, and since I scraped off that sticker the fingerprint reader works just fine, but I'm giving it 4 stars because it took me an hour to get through the install. The actual protective coating just peeled off.Ver másVer menos

  Use at your Own Risk!

If I could put 0 stars I would. I should have known better with this case. I have used the waterproof bag cases for years with no problems. My sister has a Google Pixel 10 Pro XL and she purchased a similar underwater proof case like this. I figured this one would work since it is very similar in style and features. I was so completely wrong. I have a Google Pixel 8 and was literally going to trade my phone in once I returned from my 8 day Cruise in the Caribbean. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This case I followed the instructions, I even tested it before I put my phone in. The cover screen of the case felt a little flimsy and I should have trusted my instincts. But I figured it worked well during the test. Unfortunately, once I was snorkeling and (not even deep, we did a Drift Snorkel excursion) I received a notification that water had been detected in my case. It took less than 20 minutes for my phone to completely shut down. Its been a week and after taking it to UBreakIFix and being told that the phone still had water even though it had never been fully submerged (just a little bit of water was on the inside of the phone case). I highly recommend using this case at your own risk. The case looked great, tested great, but once in the water and pressing any buttons the fingerprint sensor did not work and had saltwater leaking into my case. One thing I learned was that never use uncooked rice, press the power button or try to charge your phone after being submerged in water. I was told the best thing to do was to leave it upright and leave it alone. Unfortunately, saltwater is highly corrosive. Don't take the chance of using these "Underwater/waterproof" phone cases unless you are willing to take the risk of not having a phone.Ver másVer menos

  Just OK

The Case was OK for the week I needed it on vacation in the Caribbean. Would I use it full time? Nah. I wasn’t really looking for a fully waterproof case. I was simply trying to protect my phone mostly from sand and salt and a possible accidental drop into the surf as we walked the waters edge. One thing that I wish was made clear to me is how the fingerprint sensor area works. First, the manufacturer put a double sided sticker on it. Once you peel off the back side of the sticker the area is…..well….. sticky. This is so that the clear plastic cover adheres to the fingerprint sensor in an airtight fashion. After a day or two I noticed some dust got on the inside of the case. So I took the case apart to clean off the inside of the plastic with my normal lint free wipe cloth. I didn’t originally notice the tackiness of that sticker area…….so that when I hit it with my cleaning cloth a bunch of felt/lint from the rag stuck to it…….essentially ruining it. No problem. The manufacturer thoughtfully put a few extra stickers in the box. BUT pulling off the old sticker proved to be near impossible and even thought I was extremely careful, I managed to damaged the area. I put the new sticker on, but the finger pad sensor area was never the same, and where it would only take one attempt prior, now I had to press my finger to the sensor multiple times to get my phone to unlock. My advice: Ignore the dust. If you get the fingerprint sensor sticker dirty at all, it stops working and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get off without damaging the very thin plastic cover. All in all, it did its job, but I couldn’t wait to take it off. By the time I got to the airport it was already in the trash.Perfect for short excursions where you just need to protect from sand and salt (and maybe an accidental drop into the surf), but not quality enough to expect to use for an extended period of time.Ver másVer menos

DOES WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN LOL👍👍👍

Very impressed with the case. Some of the complaints are trivial. I have had alot of different cases, ticks all boxes. Its designed to keep phone safe and by the quality of it, it does that. The back protector might not be tight against the back, but that not a problem. Battery gets hot, reasons behind it. Camera protector, nice touch. Loud speaker issue can be good turn phone over get good base. It does say take plugboff bottom when talking. Theres always a volume button. Overall all quality case, very happy. Not dropped it yet, but confident it will do its job (gave you one job lol)👍. Rains alot in England lol, so.comes handy. I tell my 13 year old this. Always read the instructions etc first. Common sense😀Ver másVer menos

  Fitment is not great

The fitment for the Google Pixel 7 is not great. There's a bulge along the side buttons because of the poor fitment, and when you put the phone in a holder for navigation, the holder squeezes the case to the point where the plastic cover over the screen bulges up. The fingerprint sensor also doesn't work at all with this case, no matter how many times I retrain it with the case on (as the instructions stress).Overall a ripoff for 60 CADVer másVer menos
